“The personal service we get at Hollywood Feed is fantastic. Victoria makes sure to order the special cat food, Steve's Quest frozen raw food that we feed our cats. She knows us and knows our cats. We have brought them into the store and they draw attention because people mostly bring dogs. We enjoy the rewards program and have benefitted from it many times. We like to visit on days that they bring in special pets and make our rounds to pet them.”
“Our first time coming in and we’ll be coming back soon! It was a great experience, Dave is so knowledgeable and passionate and gave us a wonderful experience while stopping in. We got to see Floyd eating duckweed, some awesome showcase tanks and we got to scoop out two of our own fish to take home. Very well kept after fish and a great variety for anyone in the hobby. Not only did they help me with my abandoned gecko I took in and get her everything she neeeded, but they also helped me get everything to my car because I was also juggling a baby. They answered all of my tons of questions and even grabbed all of the stuff for me so I didn’t have to roam the store. Some of the nicest people!”

“I was there today, around 4:45 pm. Every employee was amazing. I just came in for a litter box, but the employee walked me over and even showed me a corner litter box, which I've never seen! I was excited because my one kitty had to have a litter box on every level of our house and this was perfect! And it was on sale! The employees were so sweet and nice, this is where I'm getting everything from now on. And it's so close to my house. And I saw a lizard that I've been wanting so I'll will be back tomorrow. Thank you so much for being amazing!”

“Used store pick up option while shopping online. My order was fulfilled accurately except for an item that was not in stock in the color I chose online. I opted to go ahead and substitute a different color and I am satisfied with the product despite the color. Petco was the only local store that I could get this 2 handled leash the same day.”
“This place was fun. Took my chihuahua to get a nice bath. We got to pick from different fragrances of shampoo. We bathed him and tried to blow dry him... he was scared of the dyer so I just towel dried him. Once he was done we looked to see what was in the shop. We bought him a cute komona shirt. They also have shampoo and conditioner you can buy and take home. The bath was reasonably priced. The shirt we bought was around $13. I think the shampoo was for sale was like $20 but they did have different types and fragrances. I and my dog Brutus approves this place!”

“My family is traveling in an RV for the summer and our sweet pup needs to be groomed along the way. We often use PetSmart for her grooming needs. This PetSmart was conveniently located and had available appointments. The staff that checked us in was very friendly and interacted with our dog.
When we returned to pick her up, there was only one person working in the salon and they were grooming a dog so we had to wait about 15 minutes to check-out. I don't mind that we waited as we are on vacation, but the mangement should make sure someone is available to check out the pets without stressing out the staff who are doing the grooming.”
