I had a computer that I was making music with for over 7 years and it crashed, so I put off getting it fixed because I thought it was a lost cause. The guy who took care of me was named Pat. I could tell right off the bat was in good hands. Pat recovered all my old music and was able to transfer it to a newer computer I bought. That computer ended up having issues as well and Pat was able to work his magic and get everything working the way I needed it. I won't be taking my tech anywhere else

Used On Spot for printer concerns that was promptly resolved and went on to make a new computer system purchase with them replacing a 15 yr. old computer system. The met my requirements for the new system and transferred data and were AWESOME! Highly recommend this company!

Pat Kennedy did a great job at walking me through various aspects of connecting up a new computer in my home and installing various programs (like my Corel WordPerfect word processer), and interacting with my Google connections at UD. He was knowledgeable, clear, and patient. I am grateful to have had his help.

On Spot Techs are FANTASTIC!Pat came to my home to fix some small problems and do maintenance. He was prompt, professional, thorough, and explained everything in my terms. I have used On Spot Techs for several years and even bought my last desktop computer and back up drive from them at a great price. My last computer was fried by lightening and they still managed to save a lot of my data and get me back up and running. On Spot Techs do a fantastic job!

On Spot Techs is a wonderful resource. I purchased a new desktop computer and monitor that works effortlessly. However, it's their support that is amazing.
