Please do not buy anything from or try to become an employee of bright pet, qc passes machine inspections that obviously should fail because of old meat and stinky biofilm, in the name of production, mon-thur shift employees who weigh powder for food batches mis weigh powders that can hurt animals, specificly what I witnessed the employee put 10 lbs of inulin when the recipe called for 1 lb of inulin for a 1000 lb batch, that employee told supervisors and they ran it anyway.
Employment wiseThey have multiple obvious OSHA violations at any given time, the most recent being I was not given proper PPE(waterproof boots) and made to work with wet feet by a shift lead named alex. I told him I don't have boots and my feet are soaked, his response was it has nothing to do with him to continue working. I've filed 3 OSHA complaints in the last month and just quit after over a year on05/12/24 because of these reasons listed

DO NOT work for this company. They tell you about a sign on bonus just to let you go before you’re even able to get it. Consistent listeria and other bacterial outbreaks. They’re a waste of time, they lowball you on pay when working with RAW meat. Got terminated within 3 weeks because of their faulty practices AFTER THEY BEGGED Me to take the job. I’m currently struggling to pay rent because they let me and my wife go in the middle of a pay period and I have special needs children. They’re not considerate at All. If they offer you a job RUN LIKE HARRIET TUBMAN. If I could give negative 5 for this place, I would. If you want better out of a company, tell them to do better and stop being cheap. Being cheap is why they have the problems they have.

Went in for an interview last Friday. Was told there would be an opportunity for me to work. Monday came and was told by the temp agency that they didn’t accept me to work. If your a black woman looking to work here don’t waste your time ??♀️. This company sucks ! If I could give no stars I would !

The Miracle Pet Eye Wash Pads purchased in March, 2023 became moldy well before the expiration date, which could have caused harm to our pets (it fortunately did not). While the 30 day Amazon return window had passed, I was confident that Miracle Pet would respond to this major health and safety concern. I emailed Miracle Pet CEO Carlitha Allen on 8/9/23 to inform her of the concern, and never received a response back. It is very disappointing that the senior executive would not respond to this health and safety issue to apologize and to offer a refund. The BBB would not take action against the company because it was purchased from Amazon. My rating for this company would be 0 stars if possible: moldy product and no executive response on this \

I was told by an employee than miracle pet was hiring went out there this morning and had a receptionist nasty attitude and rude say that they were not hiring even though they were hiring signs everywhere around so my opinion on this particular company I didn't feel welcome like we were bothering her and should not have come in to do the application and it was especially irritating been told repeatedly over and over we are not hiring Dayton companies need to do better or hire people who aren't using the race card to run off fokes that might actually benefit the company but now we will never know I will not be wasting my time energy or gas again she was so nasty to us ?? I hope they fire her because I would hope no one else would ever have to go through what we did just looking for extra income not hand outs ?

Worked there through a temp agency for about 3 months. Loved it, hated a lady named Nikki. She was always condescending, never spoke highly of anyone even if the job was done correctly. She was always talking trash about this nice tall guy (alot stronger than he looked) he trained me to "ice break" before he was moved to a different department. I never understood why. The hours are good, pay was far. Randy, Jimmy (great guy) Leonard and the rest where great to work with.

If I could leave negative stars I would. This place is a train wreck. No one knows what’s going on. I was training in the freezer which wasn’t bad the problem was one of the big bosses Nicki yelled at me more than once while I was on my break. She is very rude to everyone and really brings the company down.

Products are not made right the ring that attaches the tags and collar is made on the inside I paid a lot of money for this it was the last one I searched for this collar this baby has never had one and I wanted her to have the best I thought now she don’t have one still I would like another one or my money back please or I’m gonna spread the word
