No follow through when it comes to their patient's. They'll claim they weren't aware of any orders or calls to the facility even with documented proof (call logs and fax confirmations) save yourself the trouble and find someone else.

Picked up a new CPAP machine on 7/2/2024. Two days ago it started to shut off due to "excessive leakage". Switched mask and hose back to old machine. Works fine.
Lincare has been unresponsive about getting machine fixed.
Say they will call back but do not.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company and the people running it are a joke. It’s taken me 2 months to get a nebulizer for my sister who is developmentally delayed. They continuously blame the doctor’s office. I’ve given so much grace. Equipment finally delivered without the specifics I needed such as a mask. I’m returning the unopened nebulizer and contacting the insurance company. I should have just spent my own money and ordered on Amazon. Avoid this company. Not worth the aggrevation.

If I could give them negative stars I would. It’s practically impossible to get through to them already and now they’ve added another level of difficulty to their phone customer lack of service. They don’t even take calls anymore, they’re routed to a main number with no people and you’re supposed to leave a message and they will ll call you back. Omg it’s SO INFURIATING!! I hate this company with a passion and I’m going to call my insurance company to see if I can get my nebulizer supplies somewhere else.

UPDATE...3/31/2024STILL WAITING FOR MY O2 PICK UP FROM OCTOBER 2023....NO ONE EVER RESPONDS...NEXT ACTION WILL B WITH BBB.Was taken off O2 in Oct...still yet to have anyone come pick it up .and still billing my insurance 400+ a month. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY Do NOT CARE !

This place and people are possibly the worst company to deal with. Never do what they say after many calls to get things accomplished. Haven't serviced a concentrator since delivery. The say things like "we left a supply bag at your door, we'll be back the following day".

I worked here. The company is ran by greed. The managers like Amber Hind are totally rude,unhelpful and corporate minions. They say you have a 90 day trial. What they mean is they will fire you before the 90 days are up. I didn't miss any work and got one complaint was released the next day. Dont walk RUN away from this company.I feel so bad for the patients
