The machines are also very fast and get my clothes clean without having to wash them twice.My only complaint would be that the music is quite loud and combined with the sounds of machines spinning, it's very loud inside and the noise can be a little hard to handle at times. But with the convenience of the location and how safe it seems to do laundry here, I can deal with a little noise!”

“This was my first time coming to any laundromat. I came because my home washer and dryer is not large enough for my king sized comforter. I love the location that is close to home! My first impression was how clean it smells and looks! The washer or dryer had no odors and looks well cared for. My wash and dry consisted of maybe an hour. They offer change machines, vending machines, TV, restroom, and WiFi. I went on a Monday so it was not very crowded, but I would say that the space does not offer a lot of seating if it were a full day for them, but that is just the location it sits in. Machines are easy to use and there are many of them! I will be a regular customer! Thank you so much!”

I needed to do laundry and chose Q Laundry because it's close to my Hotel.First impression was, the facility is clean and well maintained.Washer #35's coin mechanism was jammed, I figured it out after putting four one dollar coins in.I called the phone number on the door, leaving a message, within a few short minutes I recieved a text. Instructing me to stand in front of the soap vending machine, and text when I was there. Sure enough, magically, once I did that, four one dollar coins dropped into the coin return cup on the machine.Impressive, weird, and a bit creepy (I'm not young lol), but very, high tech and modern customer service.Cheers to Q Laundry!Definitely a go to laundry if you're close by!”

“Really glad I found this company! The Google times of business is incorrect (they open at 9:30am not 8:30) so I was early, waited a bit, then noticed the sign on their door said a different time. I left and came back when they were open. I casually mentioned that the times on Google was not correct, the owner apologized several times and took almost $5 off my bill. She's very kind and accommodating! I won't be going to another dry cleaners in the future.Services: Clothes pressing”

“Nice, clean laundromat with very helpful and responsive management. I accidentally left a set of nurse scrubs in a dryer overnight, and they were gone when I returned the next morning. I called the listed phone number, not really expecting to reach anyone on the weekend. I heard back from management right away, and they arranged for an employee to meet me and return the lost items. I had my scrubs back in less than an hour from when I made the call, and this was on Sunday morning! Stellar service at this place, highly recommended.”
“The only negative I will ever come up with for Patterson Park Laundromat is its name. It is far more than a laundromat. I think maybe more of a laundry service. Excellent service it is. The friendly professionalism of the staff only makes it that much better. If I owned a tuxedo and or a fur coat I would take them there to be cleaned! If I had several pair of dirty socks needing cleaning I could take them there!! I almost forgot to say that the outstanding view of the rolling Meadows and vast Forests of Patterson Park make the visit well worth it alone.”

“Have varies size washers & dryers..Prices aren't too bad on the washers, most dryers are 1.00 for 24mins each additional quarter gives 6mins. Best times to go is either early in the Morning or late at night. Also does have a Speedway, McDonald's, Rally's, Meijer & Kroger's all in walking distance...”
