Very dissatisfied with Genoa!! Poor customer service skills very cold nasty attitude made to feel like they were doing me a favor!! Called for prescription they said it wasn't there had my doctors office call it mysteriously appeared!! Hate to play the race card but the more they get familiar with me the less respect they show even raising their voice to me..I thought it would be better since I am a disabled seniorand can't drive to have it delivered but I'd rather go back to my other pharmacy this was a horrible experience!!!

Normally I have a great experience, usually staff are professional and courteous, but today I did not get that same service. I hope it was a bad day because two of the staff made me feel unwelcome as if I was wasting their time to pick up a prescription.
