The 15 passenger van fit, if only barely. The quality of the wash was severely lacking, however. The low pressure sprays (soap, wax, etc) barely put out anything - little squirts here and there is no exaggeration. The high pressure sprays were much better, but when the dryers started, the light never came on to tell me to pull forward, meaning I missed some drying time waiting on instructions...
Summary: it works, but only minimally

I swiped my card at their vacuum it was supposed to be $2 but they charged me $10. I've been calling and calling and no one will answer and I've yet to receive a call back from them

Touchless service is terrible. Car was not clean. Paid the 17$ for ceramic and everything. It didn't even do the ceramic part. Then car came out with black stuff all over it. Stuff the car didn't even have on it going in. The soap didn't even spray out hard enough to hit the car it just hit the ground. I wouldn't suggest this place until they fix it.

Don’t waste your money ! Dirty Cold reused non soapy water plus half the machines won’t except money . What a joke !

Good place to go!! the wheel cleaner is phenomenal the washes are cheap and unlike some places they charge you for how much you use not give you a count down of 6 min to wash your vehicle...i think i think 4 seasons time is 12 min max of usage then deposit another few bucks .OVERALL ITS CLEAN AND GETS YOUR CAR LOOKIN GOOD.
P.S MY ONLY GRIPE IS NOT HAVING THE OPTION TO BLOW YOUR VEHICLE OFF FREE OF WATER WITH LIKE A AIR HOSE OR SOMETHING ..

I washed my car with the automatic machine and my car is still dirty like before I use the machine. Don’t waste your money at here.

I was at the location in moraine and used the automatic car wash and not a drop of soap was used. Basically my car was sprayed down with water and wasted my $11. Don't waste your money and go somewhere else because we I contacted them. I have yet to get a response

3.5 stars. Not bad, mostly everything works now but not as good as the one downtown miamisburg. Some bays have some water and soap/foam leaks (I left both a voicemail AND taped a note above the control where you insert coins letting them know what was leaking, how bad and and the locations of the leak(s) but they sont always get repaired) and sometimes a bay might have terribly low pressure, it's normally the 2nd or 3rd bay from the coin changer (i forget which) but if it has not been fixed you will not be happy with the results if you end up using that bay!Vacuum suction could be a little better as well. Some bays have had lights out for a long time now, so if you go at night, you will be limited on what bays you can use. Unless you prefer washing and waxing your ride in the dark.I really am torn in giving it 4 stars I'd rather say 3.5 to be honest.

Dont go this place.Don't waste your money in this auto wash.They charge me 17 bucks for ceramic car wash. Oldest machine they installed. Which is throwing only water on the car. No brush ,scubs, nothing. After wash I seen my car still dirty .I called them to show my car result after wash as proof. No one puck up. Im trying to called since 24 hours they didn't picked up or called back.

Nice place to do a quick vacuum of your car and shampoo if needed. Did the middle grade touch free car wash for 10 bucks, did an alright job, didn't get it prefect but the auto washes never do.

$10 for 6 minutes to use a self serve wash bay.......what a rip off. Pay the $15 and use the automatic somewhere else !!!!
