Don’t use this car wash. They damaged my brand new car and will not accept responsibility. Basically told me to pound salt unless I actually saw the damage happen.
If you have a nice vehicle make sure you take pictures of your vehicle before you run it through their wash and do a full inspection
After the wash is done. It’s 100% up to you to prove that they caused the damage. I don’t see any scenario Where the damage to my car was done by anything but this car wash

I usually go the flying ace in Kettering but this was my first time in a long time going to this one. Today a lady was in The membership lane and needed to back up to get into the regular lane. I backed up to give her room And in the lane next to me, there were no cars coming so the attendee motioned for the lady to move into that lane. By this time, there were other patrons coming, and he put his hand up to stop the car But the car didn’t stop immediately or when he wanted the car to stop he then yelled at this patron at least three times and yelled “WHEN MY HAND IS UP THAT MEANS STOP “ like a drill sergeant. I felt bad for the person because he was literally yelling at them through their window on the driver side. I feel like that was extremely rude and disrespectful and very unprofessional and was not warranted. I’m sure that person is very uncomfortable. I will not be back to this location, please do something about him

The last time I went here the wash was really bad. I pulled to the vacuums to dry my car and I immediately notice there was still dirt, dust, bugs, and poop on my car. I thought I it was just my car cuz of the type of wash I chose or how low my car is, but I looked around and everyone else cars was dirty too ! Definitely haven’t went back since and don’t plan on it. Maybe yall need to upgrade !

Really like this location convenient and everyone who works there is nice except for one! The young heavy set guy with glasses who normally is working the bay area who flips his hands aggressively and repeatedly telling you to pull forward is rude. I asked today if we could have a little more space between the vehicle in front of me he proceeded to tell and say "this is how it is and how they were trained!" And say few things behind my vehicle. For some reason I feel and can see the brush doesn't go down far enough in front with being so close to another vehicle.

My new ‘24 Outback was damaged by this car wash last fall (part of rear wiper ripped off). Even though they determined they were at fault (via video), it took almost two months to get the damage paid for (by the time you get the 3 estimates they require, one of which needs to be from a dealership, get the check for the lowest $$ estimate, schedule & get repair)…all while on their ‘unlimited’ wash plan.?

Definitely give this location 5 stars. The parking lot is very clean. The vacuums are very strong. Crevice and flat blade nozzles available at every vacuum station. Would be nice if they had air nozzles to blow the dust out of the cracks. Moderate priced. And a great location. The wash tunnel is very well maintained and clean. The water jets, spinning brushes and air dryers are nice and strong. Though gentle. I would definitely recommend.

There are approximately 20 spots that you can pull into and vacuum your vehicle for free. There are two types of adapters on the hoses for each parking spot. The suction was awesome and did a fabulous job in my car.
