I took 5 wheels over to get balanced and 4 of the wheels were factory aluminum wheels which has to be balanced with stick on weights. Well the other wheel was a bran new aftermarket black steel wheel and I specifically told them to balance that will with stick on weights as well. I said you can use a regular tap on weight on the back side but not the front side. Well that's exactly how the sales rep wrote it up on my receipt, was to use stick on weights on the steel wheel, but whoever did the balancing didn't read what was on the work order because I go pick them up and damn if they didn't balance that black aftermarket steel wheel with the regular tap on weights. Front side and the back side. Well I'm sure if I would have said something about it, they would have rebalanced the wheel and used stick on weights like it was supposed to be. But I figured well the wheel is already balanced and if they take the weights off the front side now it's going to be scratched in that area. So I'm just going to have to deal with it now. But the garage guys needs to learn how to read the invoice when their doing the work on your stuff. Sincerely Joe.

Took my 2005 Subaru wrx here to get new tires and the customer service was great. Not to mention they also put a seat cover, steering wheel cover, floor cover, and even shined up the new tires for me! Out of all the shops I’ve been to, this place was the best when it came to protecting the interior of my car to keep it nice and clean. Prices were also great and they had a bunch of tires in stock unlike the commercial places. 11/10, would recommend this to family and friends and now I know where I’ll be going for tires and possibly rims next time!

When my tire pressure alert lit up on my dashboard, I stopped at Dayton Tire( I had purchased my tires with them). Within minutes of stopping in, Lucas checked ALL of tires and discovered that I had a nail in one of them. Within a half hour, my tire was fixed (and for free, I had purchased the Road Hazard protection plan when I bought my tires) and I was safely on my way!!

Went to Dayton tire for the first time was referred by a good friend (thank you Danny). The representatives that assisted me were awesome! They took the time to help and answered my questions as well as work with my schedule to bring my vehicle in…thanks Logan and associates for all you did…job well done ????????
