BUYER BEWARE!!!!! If you ever need t-shirts done or your company is setting up an online store for branded merchandise DO NOT EVER EVER EVER deal with Dayton Design and Print. Not only are they completely non responsive, they will take all your money and never fulfill orders. I spent months trying to get the owner Mark Browning to just be a decent human being and give our staff the items they paid for or refund their money. He will not return calls or emails. He even goes as far as programming or memorizing numbers to not answer them. Example...if you call from a number you haven't called from before he will answer, come up with a million excuses, make promises and once you hang up he will never answer from that number again. The brick and mortar location is NEVER open so if you go in person like I did, it is for nothing. Months of stress and frustration from lack of communication ultimately ended with them STEALING from our company and staff. My first go round of trying to support a local business definitely left a sour taste in my mouth because when the owner decides to STEAL there is no accountability. In the end, the owner of the company I work for had to personally reimburse staff for items they never received because he is honest and fair and had to right someone else's wrong. With that being said, Im not going to give up on small businesses in this city because of two reasons. 1. one bad apple doesn't represent every small business and 2. the small businesses in this city are struggling. Every day I see one closing down. It's just sad someone would represent our city in this manner.

Not sure how my review got taken down, but reposting here. This company has essentially stolen hundreds of dollars from our employees from unfulfilled orders. Never communicate and never respond to our requests to refund or fulfill orders.

Dayton Design and Print has stolen hundreds of dollars from our company and staff. They do not respond to calls, emails or messages, and refuse to fulfill or refund orders from months ago. Incredibly disappointed to work with another small business only to be stolen from.

Larry did a great job - the embroidery turned out great and the turn around time for the project was amazing. We submitted our order on either Monday or Tuesday and the items were ready for pick up by Thursday morning. I highly recommend!

Dayton Design and Print did a great job on the winter hats we needed for our MLK volunteer event for the Elder Tree Forest School. They rushed the order to have it on time. Mark drove out on Sunday night, in terrible weather to meet up to give us the product so that we would have them in time for our event. The product turned out great as well. I highly recommend!

Was a bit of a headache right from the rip. Poor communication. Keep telling me different dates my order would be ready. Once I finally got the product they were completely jacked up.Owner contacted me. He said he would make it right and give me a full refund.Its been over a month and nothing. I’ve reached out a few times now and I have been ghosted.What a shameful way to do business. Please heed this warning and go somewhere else for your printing needs.

Buyer beware. Ordered $1300 worth of tshirts and the order was incorrectly printed. Offered to make it right by re-doing the shirts but never did and never returned my calls. That was 4 months ago. Never again.

Placed an order for three types of T-shirts a few months ago, the order was messed up and the wrong shirts were printed. Contacted the owner Mark who promptly said he would fix and reprint and have them ready the week after. The next week came and went as did a few more. No response, no correspondence whatsoever. Shocking that this will now go to small claims court to settle. Buyer beware

Definitely recommend! Fast printing, great quality, and great people! The shop dog that you get to meet when you come pick up your order is an added bonus! Absolutely will be working with them again in the future.

We've been using Dayton Design & Print for several years now, and the shirts we've had printed through them always come out looking great. There was one instance where some shirts we ordered had a small ink stain on the front, and they fixed the shirts for us immediately, no questions asked. Easy to order and pay, easy to deal with. Nice people and a nice local business to support. Highly recommended!

I have used Dayton Design and Print yearly for my school Basketball team shooting and championship shirts. They have allowed me to design my own with their user friendly online design program and are always open to changes I suggest when asked to design shirts for me. Julie is always upbeat and friendly. My players and coaching staff have always been happy with the quality of the shirts and printing.
