I've used D&T multiple times over the years. However, never again. Used another body shop for a big job. They found hidden damage that D&T hadn't addressed. Pure laziness on the tech's part and now I have a bumper cover that isn't properly attached as result. Also, on a previous job a rental car was damaged that was left in their lot. The car was left there on suggestion of D&T and the rental company. Find another place.

Was blown off and told they were too busy for "my type" of business. Apparently they only care about insurance collision jobs with a huge check behind them. Can't be bothered with painting simply a panel or two for you, not profitable enough or worth their time. Garbage customer service and a trashy attitude. They don't deserve your business.

Took my car to D&T body shop and had them do the estimate for my car.(every body shop I visited before D&T referred me on to other shops, due to the misalignment from the wreck, no one had the expertise and equipment to repair it)D&T called me back within a few days. Once all was clear with insurance and parts were ordered and when my parts came in, they called me to set the appointment and the car was done on time , flawless first time here.The car looked impeccable and I will definitely go back to D&T again.The rear quarter panel had to be replaced to get the door alignment correct .Excellent workmanships & service.Service: Body & Trim

Had an accident with a deer recently and the estimate was quick, however it took awhile to get the repairs completed so expect that. I understand parts are harder to get these days, but they were able to work with my insurance easily and I had a rental car in the meantime. They are really nice in the office and Rod is very helpful in explaining everything going on.
My car looks new again!

What a GREAT bodyshop! It did take 2 months to get my car repaired because of the slow supply chain but once it was there they got to work and did a fabulous job. I got it when they said I would get it and they even had to send it out for a realignment. When I got there to pick it up it had been beautifully detailed and they had even vacuumed the inside. I hope I never have to get body work again but if I do I will be choosing D&T Body Shop

My family has been using D&T Body shop for decades. We have had an outstanding experience over all of these years. Everyone is very kind, patient in their explanations, and so honest, great work. If you are looking for a body shop in the Dayton area, I can honestly say that your search should end here. They are 5 stars across the board!! ?

Called one day asked about quote they say just stop down and we will get you one. So I stop in the next day and some old grumpy man tells me they won’t get me a quote until insurance gives him a estimate, even though I tell him I’m paying out of pocket. They must be swimming in money to not want regular non-insurance money TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE the good reviews must be family
