The worst AutoZone They are the worst, there is a man with long hair that every time I go to him I ask about something and he says that I go get it myself, if I don't want to work I should put an autopay like in Kroger, maybe he is related to the owner but I have worked in customer service but this is the worst

Had a bad battery but I lost my receipt from when I bought it. I explained the situation to Reggie and he got me taken care of. Not only did he swap the battery for me to a Duralast gold, he got me squared away with the warranty on it. He even helped me install the new one. My alternator went out literally a few days after this and they even got me taken care of on a rental belt kit and getting my alternator swapped.
I love these people and this AutoZone. Give em a shot and some patience 10/10

Had order parts from Amazon needless to say, both times they were incorrect. Who went to store gentleman behind the counter was extremely sympathetic and understood what I was going through. Five star ratings all across the board. Great young man 4/30/24 9am

The short black lady that works there is incredibly rude. Waited at the counter in front of her with her just scrolling on her phone. Finally Someone else had to come from the back and ask if she’d helped me already I said no so he started helping me with her telling him she was in the middle of texting someone. Then when she finally got off her phone to help the guy behind me she’s just standing there looking at him then says “I’m waiting on you what do you want”. I’ve come here for years and Reggie is always nice and helpful. I hope she’s just having a bad day and this isn’t how she treats all customers.

My young customer service rep. provided superb care to me. He explained the difference between top shelf and bottom shelf upholstery cleaner. He smiled. He was upbeat and seemed to care about me finding what I wanted. I bought some mace and an Amoral car tool with flashlight, window hammer and seatbelt blade. I did not like the way the older manager treated this younger person because he gave me fantastic advice.

Great Service. I was struggling with an electronic part on my battery. The district manager was in and personally helped me take care of it.

I just moved to this area, I’ve been a total pain in the butt and they have helped me. So far I had my battery tightened, had oil issues, and today needed help with getting my daughter’s windshield wiper on. They have been the kindest and most respectful employees that I have came across in a while. Thank you all for everything!!

I got bad service by Jeff today around 6:30pm and I rely disappointed the way he spoken to me don't advice you to go there. He could not return my item. He said he is manager but, I don't see anything that made him that. 5 minutes away u will get best service.
