“I have utilized VEI for many services on several of my vehicles. I have always been more than satisfied and very, very pleased.
Most recently I took my new vehicle in and when I picked it up I wasn’t completely satisfied with the work that had been preformed. I discussed my concerns with Jeremy and clearly my overall satisfaction was his main concern.
My situation involved a third party vendor making the solution a bit more complicated. Jeremy not only took the initiative to coordinate the work with the third party vendor but he checked on my vehicle several times during the process.
I have my new vehicle back and it looks beautiful. The inconvenience of being without my vehicle was well worth the outcome.
If only all business owners would provide the customer service Jeremy provides, life would be easy!!!!!

A storm rolled in about the time it was ready and they offered to keep it in the shop until the next morning. So glad they did. Tried to take some pictures of it to post the next day but it was so shiny that I couldn’t help but get a glare in the pictures, haha! Now I dont want to sell it!”

“I wrote a bad review last week after receiving a sub par job from this company. Jason the owner reached out personally and completely redid the entire job. I must say it looks like a showroom car now. I just wish if the first job was done to this standard I wouldn’t have said anything and recommended this company for everyone. With that being said the way Jason cleaned my car this time was absolutely perfect i should have reached out to him first if you feel like his crew didn’t live up to this standard just get ahold of him personally and he will make it right. “S&R did an amazing job on my car! We had them do the ceramic coating on our suburban and detail the inside. They buffed out the awful job another company did fixing the passenger door my son ran into with his 4-wheeler. It had a haze to it, now it’s gorgeous! As for the detailing, I have 3 kids and this is the family car. I never thought I’d see it look new again. I don’t even think there is a dust mite inside. Professional service, excellent workmanship, we got it back a day earlier than expected, and it was a great price!
My only problem now is that it’s so nice I don’t want to let the kids back in ??”

“Best place in Dayton Ohio to give your car a little pampering. Full service includes. Vacuuming, spray down and scrub before it enters the touchless automatic wash bay. Then it's hand wiped down including door jams, sprayed with your choice of smell good. Wash inside windows. Then to finish it off they wipe down the wheels and tires and apply tire shine. Only place good enough for my ride.”

“The self-serve side of the car wash is very clean and affordable. The vacuum is currently $1.00 for 4 minutes and the car wash is $3.00 for 4 minutes or $6.00 for 8 minutes. The stalls have a place to hang and wash your mats as well. All stalls were open and working, so I didn’t have to wait to wash my car!”
“Always do a great job cleaning up my truck! When you need a good clean inside and out. Only "bad" thing I could say. Would be more consistency when the inside is wiped down. Some guys pay more attention to things compared to others. Other than that, it's a great place and would highly recommend!”
