“Mike did an excellent job in re-foaming two subwoofers that came out of some Boston Acoustic tower speakers. These are some of my favorite speakers, and I was so happy to find Orban Audio to make the repair. The communication between Mike and me was extremely good, and the repair was completed exactly as I had requested. A very well-done job for a very reasonable price. I am certain that I will be using his services again in the future and I can highly recommend Orban for speaker repair!”

“The first tech that came out (Andy) wasn't quite sure what the problem really was on our refrigerator but he called Dean who seemed to know exactly what was going on. I set an appointment for Dean to come fix but when he got there and found out the unit was over 11 years old, he was very honest and said he wasn't sure it was worth fixing and maybe I should get a new one. He didn't even charge me for the second visit. They could've talked me into spending good money after bad, so I very much appreciate his honest recommendation. I will definitely call them on any future appliance repair.”

“I was able to find severy different types of batteries at the store including batteries for my UPS backup units. The associate was very helpful and went out of his way to help remove a swollen battery which was stuck in one of the units. Great polace for batteres and more.”
