Was very pleased with the help we got from Jacob.Like the layed back approach of his,much better than the folk's i dealt with at at&t over the years(20+),refreshing. I went in for a simple upgrade and the gentleman running the store was quick but also took the time to figure a few other options I hadn't considered. He even had a better deal for me than Verizon Customer Service had to offer. When I decided to go with my original plan he wasn't pushy, he just got me taken care of and on my way. Probably the best in store experience I've had in years.

We ?Dominique! She has solved some peculiar issues for us recently that have befuddled others we contacted previously. We happened to go in one day when she was working and she stuck with our problem (twice now) until it was resolved. And now we go in and ask when she works so we can come back while she is in.
