Today I blew a brake line away from home an Hutch's was sent out. I highly recommend them, Tanner was friendly, and kind. We talked all the way to my house! He made it a pleasant experience in a stressful situation.

I recently had an unfortunate accident where my wheel bearing broke, causing me to skid down the highway without a wheel. The hot wheel bearing even started a small brush fire on the side of the road with my kid in the car. Needless to say, I was incredibly frazzled and anxious. However, the initial kid who came to the scene from Hutch’s Tow Service was an absolute lifesaver. He was polite, respectful, and incredibly helpful—exactly what I needed in such a stressful situation.
A few days later, I returned to the tow yard to make the necessary repairs, as I was five hours from home. It took me quite a bit of time, and by the time I was wrapping up, the sun was going down, and the parts stores were starting to close. Unfortunately, I discovered that the new brake line I had bought was malfunctioning. Desperate to get my car back up and running, I came up with a creative fix but needed to borrow a tool briefly from the tow company.
I understand that Hutch’s had no obligation to help me with repairs, but I thought it wouldn’t hurt to ask, especially since the stores were closed and it was getting darker. To my disappointment, the guy I spoke to was incredibly rude. He didn’t just refuse to help—he kept saying "no" in the most dismissive and rude manner. His complete lack of empathy and customer service skills really shocked me, especially considering the situation I was in.
If you ever need to deal with Hutch’s Tow Service, I would highly recommend avoiding this particular individual. Everyone else was great, but this guy clearly doesn’t understand the importance of kindness or basic customer service. I sincerely hope he never finds himself in a similar situation, needing someone to lend a helping hand but treating him like he's an idiot or a bother or beneath him.
The only reason for four stars instead of five is because of the way this man treated us.

They did their job, got paid for it, and took their bonuses by stealing items from our truck.
We were involved in an accident that required our truck to be towed. I was taken to a hospital by ambulance and my wife was taken to an E.R. in Toledo by life-flight. Despite the ordeal we were going through, this towing crew (also legally responsible for the cleanup) took it upon themselves to take tools, brand new sweaters that still had tags on them, my wife’s prescription meds, and a few other items. When I was able to get to truck at their yard a couple of days later, I noticed other items missing, some of which I found at the bottom of a dumpster. One item was a queen sized comforter with absolutely nothing wrong with it. When I mentioned this to one of the women working there, all I got was a blank stare. No apology. No possible explanation of what could’ve happened to those items. Nothing.
If you have to get towed by this company, be mindful of your property.

What an amazing experience working with this towing service. We were hours from home stuck on the side of the interstate with 3 small kids, a dog and towing a 35ft trailer. Hutch's was out to us in less than 30 mins and took the best care of all of us. Thank you so much, we hope we never need you again but know who we would call first!

These guys are great! My sons car broke down on the Ohio turnpike last week. Hutch's was out there very quickly. Though the driver (Terry) had restrictions on how far he could tow us, he worked hard with AAA and was able to tow the car back to the Toledo repair shop. My son had great conversations with Terry on the way back. If Hutch's is ever an option, I would choose them again! Thanks Terry!!

I got a flat tire on the freeway 200mi from home. Jason from Hutch's PULLED OFF THE FREEWAY UNPROMPTED, fixed my flat, then escorted me to his shop where he replaced my tire. Absolutely above-and-beyond clutch, great service and people when I was having a reeeeal rough day. This place deserves your business.

My car died on the Ohio Turnpike on Friday morning! I pulled over to the shoulder and called for help. I’m 73 but got scared, I was alone. I waited about half an hour and then my hero arrived, John, from Hutch’s!!! He was so kind I immediately felt relieved. We took my car to their garage where he looked at it and saw that the alternator belt was broken and ordered one from Auto zone. While I waited Shawna got me some water and told me where I could get some food. I sat in the air conditioned office and read my book while waiting. John had other calls to go on, I could hear the radio telling them where there was a problem. Another employee, Terry came in and got the belt once it was delivered and put it on my car. I was on my way home and so relieved!!
We need to appreciate these people and the job they do and be careful on the highway when we see them working to help someone!!
I feel so lucky after this experience and so thankful for the staff at Hutch’s ! The best?

I was heading back to Iowa in my rental after spending the weekend with friends when I was “blessed” with a flat tire on the Ohio Turnpike. I contacted the rental company’s roadside assistance which proved to be completely useless. Contacted OHP and they dispatched Hutch’s. T. Rebak (sorry if spelling is wrong) came to my aid and gave me a tow to Angola to the Auto Center at Walmart where they were able to patch the tire and get me back on the road. During the ride, T and I had a great conversation about all matters of life. He was professional, personable, and just an all around good guy. THANK YOU, T! I made it home safely and will never forget the relief I felt seeing your truck pull up after being stuck on the side of the road for over an hour!

Had Richard just tow my car to the dealership. Professional the whole time and was able to speak with him on a personal basis. Don't get that very often. That's why I use Hutch's!!!

I was in accident the weekend before Christmas and this company towed my truck. Trever & Doug went above and beyond helping me find parts and get my trailer hitch fixed even though it was the middle of the night!Their outstanding and generous service made it possible to get back on the road in time to spend Christmas with my family!
