My goal is to help you successfully face your fears, try new experiences and become more confident and joyful. In 2016, I became the first Ohio clinician to be certified by the DBT-Linehan Board of Certification. I treat anxiety, depression, trauma, bipolar disorder, OCD, self esteem issues, suicidal thoughts, self harm and a wide variety of mental and emotional issues and illnesses. I can teach you the skills to navigate life transitions, relationships, stress, sexual issues and parenting. We can used the mind body connection, laughter, humor and spirituality to help make peace with life's challenges. Most importantly, I will create a warm, accepting sanctuary for you.
