My tailor of decades closed, and my back up tailor outsourced their alterations to what ended up to be nothing but mistakes ... all in the same month.
After going to 9 different alterations places in the Cincinnati area that have disappointed me since, I tried Sue's Alterations.
Sue took my measurements thoroughly on her hands and knees for what seemed like 30 minutes.
I just picked up my item, that 3 other tailors rejected due to difficulty, and my pants are perfect!!! And the price was so affordable I HAD TO give her a tip.
I buy everything clothing wise online and almost nothing fits perfectly.
I needed a permanent tailor!
Sue's Alterations is my finally found, new tailor! I will bring my clothes here as long as she's here. ? ✂️? ❤️

I found Sue's Creations after needing a bridesmaid dress altered/hemmed before I left town. I called around and Sue's was able to get me in within the hour. My mom and I stopped by and told her what we wanted and she gave us a great price for the alteration needed. It was complete within a few days and the price was great! She also steamed the dress! I will definitely return to Sue's Creations for any alterations needed.

Sue is very talented. She is definitely a master at her craft. Work is completed in a reasonable amount of time. I would highly recommend her for any alteration needs you may have.

I had a pair of bibs hemmed and they came out perfect! Very affordable and super fast turn around. I was so pleased with everything! She was so kind and thoughtful. I will definitely be back. I'm only 5' 1 so finding things that fit me in the length is nearly impossible. So glad yoga e found Sue's!

Sue is amazing. Her talents to ensure proper fit and comfort are exemplary. She has done all kinds of alterations for me over the past 15 years. She even created my wedding dress from scratch. No pattern or cookie cutter design. It is stunning. Highly recommend

Sue is the worst seamstress. The owner of Kotsovos personally recommended her after they told me they had no more appointments to alter prom dresses. The price was high and now I have to pay even more to have it fixed. She sewed the creoline to the lining of the dress! She had bra hooks to bring it up because it was too long and these were uneven. Kotsovos told me she was the best and they never had any complaints. I am beyond frustrated.Service: Alterations

Sue gave away my bridesmaids dress to another customer, despite that individual not having the ticket to claim the dress. She lacks organization of her store / orders and has very poor customer service skills. I requested a refund for ordering the replacement dress, expedited shipping, and an expedited alternation at another tailor. She only reimbursed me for the replacement dress, bearing expense for me and additional stress weeks before my sisters wedding. I would not recommend Sue’s Alternations or use her business ever again.

I went to Sue's creations to get my wedding dress altered after the most "recommended" alterations place in Cincinnati could not get me in a full two months before my wedding date. Sue did a fantastic job taking in my dress in multiple areas for a decent price. I actually went back another time a week before my wedding as I had lost weight and needed the dress taken in more. She did that alteration in a day for free! She is fast, professional, and a fair price. I will definitely be going back to her for more alterations. Thanks Sue!

Not impressed with the work and they are overpriced. A big red flag - they only take cash for wedding dress alterations. Say what??? What a great way to not have to pay income tax is what I say.
