I recently used their services for my 6 month old puppy who was a rescue and is very nervous about being left places, she came out very happy and wagging her tail. She got lots of loves and came out very clean and shiny! She only needed a good clean after a week at the lake and she was very happy! Staff was incredibly nice and heard all my concerns as I was a worried mama!

Best cat groomer in the tri-state! Worth every penny and the extra drive. They were so kind and hospitable from start to finish. Our girl came back to us looking 5 years younger and has had a clean residual smell that’s lasted going on over a week now. They even gave us a free cat themed calendar and a little stuffed catnip toy to make the ride back home easier for her. 10/10 will be returning :)

I have a very grumpy particular long haired cat who won't let me go near him with a comb. So we are a regular customer of Kathie's. I can't recommend them highly enough. They do such a good job combing out his mats and shaving his fluffy behind. And he always smells really good when we get him home. I'm very grateful for their service to keep my boy happy and healthy!

I WAS a Customer for years. My dog has a few skin issues which makes her very sensitive and when I talked to the owner, she said that I that I could always go somewhere else there's lots of other groomers, ? when I asked if she couldtry and be extra careful about not cutting off my dog's skin tags on her body, She said that they do the best they can, But she did not say they could use a different blade to make it much more difficult that they would not hurt her or again have her come home very sore. She did tell me this is extremely common on older dogs, so you would think she was used to dealing with different issues with different dogs, and I had long been a customer, so had my family, so I was shocked when she basically told me to go somewhere else.

first time visit. extremely please. excelent cut on my 14 yr old. staff helpfull in selecting cut length. my dog was calm after cut.

Great groomer!! Very friendly and organized. Easy drop off in the morning and pick up in the evening. Always makes the doggies look super cute with a bow in their hair :)

Kathie and her team did an excellent job on our long haired cat's tummy mats. She even trimmed his nails and gave him a scarf. He is such a handsome boy!

Kathie and her team did a wonderful job on our long-haired cat's tummy mats (he was NOT happy when we tried to comb them out ourselves!!) They trimmed his claws and even gave him a cute scarf to wear! He is such a handsome boy now! the appointment process was easy and he was done before the estimated completion time.
