Micha Gleisinger of Comey Shepherd Realtors is a total pro! Jenny White too! I live in California and was tasked with selling the family home in Montgomery. I needed help ... lots of it ... and noticed in my mother's credenza Comey Shepherd monthly newsletters going back a dozen years. I researched Micha Gleisinger and read the rave reviews. Guess what? They're all true. The five stars anyway. Micha suggested a list price, and being from California I am used to much higher numbers, so I set it 20% higher. Well I overshot it and all we heard was crickets. Micha never said "I told you so" because she has class. The final sale price ended up being her initial recommendation, because she flippin' knows the market, and might have been higher had I taken her advice to begin with. Micha and Jenny were also a tremendous help finding contractors to prepare the house for sale. They took so much stress off me. Tons of integrity. I can't say enough good things about them.

My family and I met Micha through mutual friends while looking for a home In Cincinnati. Finding a new home while out of state and only seeing homes virtually is particularly nerve wracking. I know you are thinking in this housing market, houses will sell themselves, no need for a real estate agent…but there is SO much that goes into it, way more than you think. Micha Gleisinger (and her team) makes all of it look effortless. From the comparison value of your house, to evaluating your house on what you could do for a quicker sale, to the professional pictures, to presenting it online, to scheduling appointments, meeting with prospective buyers who don’t have an agent, to taking calls from all agents with interested buyers and feedback from buyers not interested, to delivering potentially bad news, to the reminder emails, texts, et cetera, et cetera (run on sentence intended). By the way, Micha still makes you feel like you are her ONLY client.That is why if you need an agent to sell your home this is your team. Micha and Dori’s attention to detail and communication was spectacular.We bought outside the state (New York), so Micha could not be our agent for that purchase, but don’t think she didn’t help us there. She did. She recommended mortgage lenders with the best rates. She found our agent to work with here in Buffalo. More importantly, she was a venting/sounding board during the negotiations for our home purchase. Micha stayed calm during my (sometimes) crazy moments. She gave sound advice, offered options to work through and gave direction/guidance on how to move forward. My husband and I worked with Micha to find our first home and we cannot say enough positive things about her. Micha was easy to get in touch with, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the house search process. One thing about Micha and her team that we loved was that it was clear she wanted us to LOVE the house before we put an offer on it. She would help us walk through the house and think of various considerations (which was very helpful as first time homeowners!) We never felt rushed by Micha and felt like she truly wanted to find us our perfect house- and that is exactly what she did! Micha was our realtor through building/buying our new home and selling our old home. She expertly navigated us through both processes, and played an instrumental role in managing the build with our builder taking a lot of the burden off our shoulders - even though that went beyond her normal realtor role! Her intent was always clear - to make sure we were happy with the product we received from the builder and from our realtor. She was very data driven and made sure we always had the information we needed to make decisions along the way - with quick turnaround! Micha had a very calm demeanor which gave us confidence and reassurance when needed throughout the year long process. I would highly recommend Micha for buying or selling, including building!
