Made an appointment for mother's dress fitting. E mailed my size and the color I was interested in. Got there on time and was greeted by a surprised sales associate. She obviously had no idea I was coming and was not in anyway prepared to help me. On the website I liked a dress, I emailed that dress from their site. Was told via e mail that the dress I sent was not available even though site said they had one in a different size than what I needed. I just wanted to see the dress in case I wanted to order somewhere else. Was told via e mail, that they had many similar dresses. Well, they absolutely do not. The selection was very small, not the large selection that is posted on site. VERY MISLEADING. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I drove an hour to get there. HIGHLY DISOLUSIONED AND DISSAPPOINTED. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I went to the store because my family insisted that I look at their gowns. I already had an idea of what I wanted and as far as I was concerned, they would not have it. Then, they introduced me to Victoria. Amazing experience. After listening to me tell her what I was looking for, she came back with a few selections. Some I would not have even thought of wearing. Guess what.With Victoria‘s help, I found the perfect dress and I am so excited! Thank you Victoria and thank you Kotsovos.

Both times I went, it was a very fun experience. As someone who has never went dress shopping like this before, they made sure that you’re aren’t too overwhelmed.

the girl who took care of me was fantastic. i wish i could remember her name but she was telling me what parts of the dress were flattering but also telling me parts that weren’t as flattering. i told her what i was looking for in a dress and she got the perfect one and not only did she tell how pretty it was and hype up the dress but also complimented my jewelry on how it matched so perfectly

The stylists at Kotsovos were very helpful and knowledgeable. I thought I was hard to fit but found the perfect dress for my daughter’s wedding. Very pleased. A special dress shop!
