6200 Pfeiffer Rd # 360, Montgomery“Terrific facility. Lots of options for walking, running, machines, three pools, terrific staff. Would note that there are a lot of adult exercisers who are rehabbing or keeping up health as they age. Not as many young people as other gyms.”

5229 Montgomery Rd, Cincinnati“The best in the business! You will or regret choosing to train at Iron Sharpens Iron. The only thing better than the trainers is the community! Sign up now. Your first class is free so you really don’t have anything to lose.”
“My wife and I have been working out with Drew twice a week for the last 6 months and love it. Cincy 360 was recommended by a friend after I started having some back issues that were severely limiting all of my fitness activities. I was back to almost all of my activities within the first month or so!Drew has kept the workouts interesting and challenging, always building on what we did the week before. The weight or reps continue to build, but not at the expense of form. We’re very happy with Cincy 360 and can’t wait to see what Drew has in store for us next year!”

“Needed to change it up from the workout that I was doing for 5 consistent years and so happy I did! I love that there are so many class times to choose from and the variety of classes. The coaches and very nice and knowledgeable.”

“If you’re looking for a supportive community, highly qualified and empathetic staff, and a guaranteed good time whenever you walk in the door? Look no further. This gym is absolutely for everyone. It’s rare you’ll find a CrossFit gym where so many different types of members blend so effortlessly. You have new moms, marathon runners, local competitors, people new to CrossFit, people who have been in the CrossFit game for 10+ years, single parents, competitive 20-year olds, competitive 50 year olds, people who have never been in a gym before and retired college athletes. Everyone looks out for each other, and many members are in each other’s lives outside of the gym.As a staff member I’ve witnessed this vibe coming from the top down. Zach and Bailee operate and grow this gym with a member-first mentality. They prioritize safety, correct movement patterns, and meeting people where they are. They value educated coaches: 80% of the staff has a certification beyond just a CrossFit Level-1 cert.As a member and competitor, there is always someone to push me to be a better athlete mentally and physically. And as a human, the people at this place are truly magic—I’m a better person for being around this crew every day.”
“This is a great place to go for any home gym or exercise equipment. The store is well stocked and they encourage you to show up ready to try the machines. The people are all knowledgeable and are intimately involved in making certain the product is right for the person. There is no pressure to buy a specific brand or model. They service what they sell. Since home equipment can run in the multiple thousands of dollars, having service option is a must. I have heard and read horror stories of people buying equipment from online retailers who won't back up a warranty when something goes bad.I purchased one piece of equipment that had an issue with an arm attachment. After performing a service call and determining one of the set screws had been stripped, they replaced the entire machine.Nice people, owner operated, good prices, great service.”
“You can get a workout at ANY gym. But, you will not find the level of coaching AND lifters to learn from anywhere else. That’s what you pay for, not the equipment.”

4501 Allison St, Norwood“By far my favorite studio in the tristate area. My home away from home. Not only do they have amazing classes but an outstanding teacher trainor program as well (200 and 300 hour) Jeff Emerson certainly has help create a one of a kind community here.”
“If you're reading this because you're skeptical of the ratings, let me assure you, this is a 5-star facility. I've been working out for years but had to alter my routine due to an injury last summer. This was my first experience with class workouts, and they are killer. Every session leaves me drenched in sweat and sore in the best way, targeting muscles I'd typically overlook. The staff is supportive and the atmosphere is energizing. I'm halfway through the 7-class trial and will definitely be signing up for a regular membership.”

“This is a really great gym. All of the hardest workers I know I have met at this gym. Everyone is friendly and supportive. I have not met a person here that does not demonstrate the understanding that everyone is at their own level and has their own goals. Most people are willing and wanting to cheer you on and help you reach those goals when they can. If these sound like people you would to associate with check it out”
“D1 has been outstanding! Ive been going to gyms for years and my experience with D1 has been unmatched. The coaches are phenomenal and the programing is top notch as well. If you're looking, just stop in and get your swoll on. You wont be disappointed”
“There are not enough words to describe how I feel about this place. I have been a member for over 3 years and every year somehow gets better. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and make it feel like a community. The group classes feel like 1:1 personal training and they offer free 1:1 coaching to focus on what YOU want to work on, not to mention the childcare which is a huge plus. I absolutely love it here, come join us!”

4025 Red Bank Rd Units 101-103, Cincinnati“About 1.5 yrs ago, I started my personal training journey with Prevail. I hadn’t really stepped foot in a gym prior—simply was looking for a place close to home. I never imagined this experience would make such a positive difference in my life.I’ve become close friends with my trainer/mentor— who is super knowledgeable and even pursues continued education. I’m happy with my body recomposition results, and believe that money spent on your health is money well-spent!About the gym:It’s a smaller gym focused on weight-lifting, and they’ve made good use of the space so it rarely feels crowded. If you’re looking for treadmills/ellipticals/tvs and amenities like that of a big-box gym, then this may not be for you. They’ve cultivated and nurtured a welcoming, non-superficial environment which I appreciate. Plus, the free walking group is a casual setting for you to meet everyone and get any of your questions answered!”

3602 Eastern Ave, Cincinnati“I used to attend the water resistance rowing classes at It's Working Out and I loved the variety in exercises and in music of the trainers. While rowing is not currently available, I'm now attending private personal training sessions. I asked for balanced results and have definitely noticed increased strength and endurance after nearly a year later. It's nice to have someone track my progress, provide feedback, challenge me, and even introduce new material into my workouts. All the trainers have been great.”

6011 Tylersville Rd Suite 4 & 5, Mason“Lind is an amazing trainer! She is super welcoming, kind, and extremely knowledgeable! The gym is a fun and supportive place for women. Give Linda a call or stop by SOS!”
“Two years ago today, in this picture I had been on crutches for six months and was on my second major surgery of the year. This one was to fix what was to be two sets of broken bones in my pelvis from the first surgery that went array, and turned out to be three. I had two plates and 8 screws in my hip and pelvis. When I met DJ, I'd been on crutches 11 months and still in so much pain I couldn't sleep at night. I was staring down a third surgery to take out the metal in my body to see if it would help. Going from being an "athlete" in terms of work out standards of to immobile messed me up. DJ, swindled me into thinking he could fix me and avoid the third surgery at QCKB. I wasn't getting sleep and was in constant pain. I started in November, 2021 at Queen City Kettlebell. He worked with me closely... but I had to do the work. He encouraged me to push through. I cried for at least the first month in the gym. So much so that I was going to make a t shirt that said "DJ didn't make me cry, I'm just a whiney b.". I kept coming back. Kept pushing myself and letting DJ push me. The people who work out there are so welcoming and very supportive, which makes the environment somewhere you don't mind crying if it comes up out. Five months later, I went to San Diego on a work trip. I was able to walk and hike over 15,000 steps a day after working out and had zero pain. Eight months later, I rode 22 miles on my road bike after walking 5 miles early that morning. I'm not back to where I was YET, but I'm MILES from where I was after months of unsuccessful physical therapy before meeting DJ and starting at Queen City Kettlebell. Also, Emma is fantastic and very kind and knowledgeable. Thank you so much to the team there. I can't speak the words that can truly convey how it feels to start getting my body back.”
“What an overall great experience!! We help a client event here and booked a private session and of course the class was fun, but they also managed expectations and helped everyone to feel comfortable before and during the workout. The facility itself was very clean and organized, as well as bright and cheery. Jaclyn was exceptional with her communication and flexibility, and Jen was amazing with her enthusiasm during the workout - without being too excited! ;)Overall great experience and highly recommend to anyone who has considered trying!”
8AM - 7PM
979 Lila Ave, Milford“Phoenix Fitness is an amazing gym. One of the only remaining 24/7 facilities in the tri state. All the equipment you need and plenty of weight. Jeff the owner is a first class person and always there to help anyone who needs it.”
“Thank you Calibrated for having a staff of excellent coaches! I think I’ve done just about every class time given my chaotic work schedule & all of them are so welcoming & helpful!I pulled my back golfing before my workout last night and was fully expecting to only stretch and skip out early. I told David about my injury and was surprised I was able to complete the full workout pain free by going a tad lighter/scaling and swapping out the kettlebell swings for hip thrusts. He also recommended some other stretches that made a huge difference. My back felt so much better after that workout and I’m glad I didn’t skip out. I’ve tried many gyms throughout the years and Calibrated is one where I know I can come in and get a great workout regardless of my skills, injuries I might be facing etc. so I have sooooooo much appreciation for Calibrated & all of the coaches there. THANK YOU SO MUCH!”
“Killer workouts for very experienced and fit people to modifications for beginners. Great atmosphere and Josh is always extremely motivating. He is knowledgable and also practices what he preaches. I'll go for every workout of the week.”

The workouts are a competitive yet supportive and friendly environment. Would recommend to people at any fitness level!”
“I've been a member at On the Rise for 5+ years now and I swear I'll never love another gym the way I love this one. It has such a unique environment and vibe, I especially love when the weather warms up and the garage doors can be open. Hands down the best gym in the area!”
“I love the Montgomery OTF, they're one of my favorites after sampling around 30 locations. The coaches have all been great, desk staff friendly, and I've never encountered a nasty/explicit playlist music-wise.I got to meet a regional director there too and bounce ideas/questions off him too during a coach training session. That was cool and enjoyable as well. When I'm back in the area, OTF Montgomery is one of my favorite go-to locations. Keep up the great work!”
