731 US-50, Milford“My son (not a pitcher) injured his neck and back during a baseball game. A few months later, he developed severe elbow pain and was unable to throw. After months of visits with doctors and therapists, we were told that the pain would get better as his strength improved. Feeling that they were missing something, I brought him in to see Travis Clark after reading his biography. It seemed like he would be able to understand what my son was going through and be able to evaluate his throwing techniques. After watching my son toss for a few minutes, Travis was able to tell us exactly where and why he was having pain. He has been working with my son for 8 weeks, and we have seen remarkable improvements. Travis is very invested in the kids he works with and is able to adjust his training techniques to meet their individual needs. The training and exercises he has given our son have eliminated his pain and helped to increase his throwing strength and velocity as well as his confidence. I wish we would we have found him much earlier in our son’s recovery!!!”

After several sessions of Pelvic Floor Therapy, my Physical Therapist said that Pilates is the only type of exercise she recommends for women. I tried classes at other places, but found an immediate home at Fit Philosophie. We work hard AND have fun. No place I’d rather be.
