Eddie Lane's is the perfect place to get an engagement ring! Cindy was so helpful in listening to what we wanted and which "C"s were most important to us within our budget. She helped us find the perfect diamond! You can tell she has a ton of experience because she led me towards a band that is so comfortable and holds the diamond better than anything I would have chosen. Highly recommend them!

By far the best experience I have ever had at jewelry store. Family owned, great selection, great customization options, highest quality stones, and some of the most welcoming and knowledgeable staff members at any establishment I have had the pleasure of making a purchase. Absolute best place to buy an engagement ring (or any other jewelry) in area! Very thankful for the team here, they helped us design our beautiful, custom dream ring. Absolutely love my wedding and engagement ring. Eddie Lane's 100% takes care of their customers even years after purchasing your ring. Theyre always friendly, timely and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends. I have had diamond or two fall out of my ring over the years and they always repair it without an issue.

Me and my friends car broke down and we was at the enterprise rental next-door my friend has one leg and was in a wheelchair she was in a lot of pain and very miserable and the owner of the store went in the enterprise and complained about a handicap person sitting in front of their store waiting on enterprise do you have us our car she was very rude and I would not recommend spending a dollar with someone like that that is so heartless that would make a handicapped person sit in the rain and not under her store roof because she had so many customers and a full on storm there wasn’t a soul there

Wendy is amazing!! We met her in 2019 while engagement ring shopping and she walked us through the entire process with ease and was so informative. I've shopped at Eddie Lane's for nearly 20 years. I've spent more money there than the entire GDP of some small countries. That's not because of high prices.... the prices are unbeatable, so I keep going back! Listen, the place is top notch, the quality is second to none, and staff wrote the book on customer service. If you have a problem with them, you're probably the type of person that complains about a meal after you've eaten 93% of it. Guys - visit Eddie Lane's so you don't waste your time waiting on some pretentious 22 year old to make feel bad about your lack of knowledge, then just to find out you paid 2x as much as you should have. Ladies - Don't believe in all that "he went to Jarrrrod" bull crap. That's marketing garbage and you are smarter than that. This local family owned shop gets my hard earned money anytime I have to get out of the doghouse. Happy shiny shopping!
