Worst pharmacy ever. They never have anything in stock but don’t inform you if they don’t have it. I was waiting for my baby’s antibiotic for 4 days before I had to drive there and find out they didn’t have it. It’s impossible to get ahold of a real person on the phone. If Walgreens took my insurance I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!!!

Terrible. Can never refill my prescriptions on time. The pharmacy actually closes at 6:00 pm Mon-Fri, not 8:00. Remember this if you need a prescription picked up urgently. But they probably won't fill it on time anyway...

very frustrating dealing with this location; understaffed at times, prescriptions delayed; today it's 9:45 and the pharmacy is closed...auto system stinks! need this prescription asap

I love this store! The pharmacy staff are so helpful and nice. I drive out of my way to come here instead of the store in Silverton. So grateful to have a choice!

To the pharmacist shaking his head wildly when I told him I have a prescription to pick up, couldn’t find it in the system, and then I told him that it just came from Urgent Care, have a little compassion. I must’ve used a wrong term or whatever, nevertheless I have medicine to pick up. He then told me it wasn’t ready, I had to wait 15 minutes and then just go back. It wasn’t a problem for me. It was his condescending way of saying it that I had a problem with.

This pharmacy clearly has communication problems. Entailing anything from text alerts to pharmaceutical inventory.

This review is specific to the pharmacy at this location. This used to be a great location, the pharmacy used to be top notch. Everything has changed in the last 6 months. 1. Don't bother calling, they never answer the phones anymore. 2. Good luck getting a prescription filled in a timely manner. 3. If they don't have the medicine you need, they won't bother to call and tell you. And then, they will make you call other pharmacies to find it, which they used to do for you because that's their job. 4. They are really good at magically losing your paper scripts and blaming you.

The worst pharmacy in the area. Multiple times I’ve received a text that prescriptions are ready then arrive and they’ve said they can’t find them. A lady in front of me had the pharmacist tell her they couldn’t find her insulin. My mom arrived to pick up heart medication and they said they couldn’t find her rx, that was after they texted her to pick it up and when she arrived they told her they needed 2 more hours to fill it. After 2 hours, then they couldn’t even find it. They don’t answer the phone as I’ve been on hold for 40 minutes trying to find out why an amoxicillin rx for my daughter is still processing after 6 hours. I recommend finding a new pharmacy for anyone who takes a life saving rx, you might die waiting for it to ever be filled here.

The pharmacy must be understaffed here. The service is incredibly slow. I’ve needed to call to initiate filling prescriptions sent over by the physician every time one is sent. When stopping in to pick up the prescription that is claimed to be ready, I’ve never left the pharmacy in less than 15-20 minutes.

I went to pick up my prescription that was called in earlier the same day. The young lady at the pharmacy seemed confused, unable to spell my name (it's not difficult and I do not speak with an accent). I offered my DOB. She responded RUDELY that there was nothing for me. I left, contacted my care provider who confirmed my prescription was indeed phoned in hours earlier and they've had problems with this store before. First time I have had a problem here. It's a great location, however, I may need to get prescriptions elsewhere.

Very disappointed in this location. I work within walking distance and use it frequently. I printed out pictures online that I needed for the next day. I ordered over $50 so had to pay up front. Online says it closed at 9:00pm. I showed up at 8:01pm and the doors were locked. Two employees were standing in front waiting to leave. One employee was still ringing out a customer. I asked through the door if they could just hand me the pics that I already paid for through the door. Mind you I paid for them already, store was supposed to close at 9:00 and two employees standing there looking at me doing absolutely nothing. THEY SAID NO!“No, we are closed” They then took the time to ask the manager that was ringing someone out still and once again said NO.I then told them I wanted in to get my money back. Finally they handed them out to me. I will never use this location again. They were extremely rude and obviously very lazy! I’d actually give them zero stars if it were an option.

Absolutely loving this location! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to using this location more since my previous cvs (blue ash) closed. They really went above and beyond to get my scripts filled.
