When I asked her a question regarding the different options at the Touchless wash, she was very friendly and explained the differences between touchless and soft touch, so that I would choose the correct wash for what I needed. She even reached out and asked if I had any suggestions or thoughts regarding any of their services. “It's usually a good place for a touch free car wash. Unfortunately the soap wasn't working or was empty when I went through. I didn't have time to stop and talk to the attendant. I'm sure he would have given me a coupon for a free wash.”

“I had a fleet vehicle go down and the transmission indicated service was needed. I had the van towed to a transmission shop in Columbus and they quickly said the van with only 45k miles and no history of issues needed a complete transmission replaced and quoted me over 8k for the job.
