A tire on our 16' box trailer shredded on the highway and good 'Ole Google asserted that Ziegler Tire off Reed Rd was the closest shop to us. 6 minutes later we were skeptical whether this shop did non-commercial vehicle tires. Darryl, the employee we were graced with, went out of his way to go down the street to get the size tires we needed. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile (literally) to serve our needs. I'm impressed ? and grateful ? Thus, thank you Ziegler Tire on Reed Rd and thank you Darryl ? we appreciate your work ethic and simple human kindness ? ? keep it up ??

I purchased $3,200 worth of new tires for my Class A motor coach from Ziegler Tire (Monroe, OH). They failed to properly install the valve stems and one came loose. Tire went down. Could have ended in disaster but luckily we are OK. I believe Ziegler Tire provided shoddy workmanship and would not stand behind it their work.
