Just went up to uggs here at Monroe outlet I bought my girl some uggs and there a little to tight so I wanted to exchange them they told me they didn’t have the size I don’t have the actual paper receipt but I do got the receipt on my phone that shows the day I bought them how much I paid for them and all that so I couldn’t get my money back or couldn’t get my girl the size she needed I’m so upset and mad cause now I just wasted my money and the people at uggs don’t care that we left unsatisfied instead they try to talk us into keeping these uggs that’s to tight so disappointed just wanted to get her a size that fits now I lost my money and she won’t have no uggs

Drove 45 min on a Friday night to pickup some shoes for my daughter. It’s 7:50 and they closed and locked the doors. They saw us at the door but no one came to answer. C’mon you don’t close for another 10 min.

Like everything else strange in line to get into the store. Wait wait wait. Then the whole outlet mall closes at 7pm because you can catch the corona virus after 7pm.

Horrible employees, were talking TERRIBLE things about another person who has cancer while I was checking out. were very rude. I will never shop there ever again. most ridiculous thing i’ve wver heard.
