Hi today I visited Sketchers, and I had an issue. I wanted to thank Mr. Queens to solve that issue in other words he was the only person in store to have brains and was tech smart. I believe he was manager. I like people who knows to think out of the box. I did brain storm the guy but he aced it. Good work ?
