We went looking for a new living room set on Memorial Day. When we walked in, we were greeted by Laura and then we were free to shop around at our own leisure. Once we found a set we liked we went back and got Laura. She sat down with us and answered all of our questions. She was extremely knowledgeable about the product , all of the warranties, and deliveries details. Riley’s prices are extremely fair and they make all of their own deliveries with their own people. They have a very good warranty and an easy return policy. I would go back to Riley‘s from now on for all of my future furniture needs. I believe the small family owned brick, and mortar stores are so much better than online or big box.

Angie and Mary Lou assisted with the design of our new living space. They were very professional and helpful! When after delivery of the furniture, the design needed adjusting, they came to our home and assisted with re-arranging the furniture to fit the space. We are thankful that we chose Riley’s for our furniture purchase. Their customer service and commitment to pleasing the customer made all the difference!

Over the last 12 months, I have made two furniture purchases with Riley’s Furniture store. Every experience was great. I especially appreciated the non-commissioned, knowledgeable and professional sales people. The furniture selection is excellent and we are completely satisfied with the quality & appearance of what we purchased. I highly recommend.

Laura the sales representative, interior decorator was highly skilled at determining our taste and needs and directing us to exactly what we wanted . Riley’s offerings and selections were superb. Very happy with our purchases .

What a great experience! Wonderful, friendly staff every time I stepped in the store. Even just looking, you knew someone was close by without them breathing down your neck.
