Her energy was contagious, her knowledge impressive, and her ability to connect with customers? Next-level. She made me laugh, feel seen, and feel excited about every product she showed me.
  
  I’ve been a Nike girl for years, but Adrian made me fall in love with Puma. Her passion for the brand and her effortless charm made the switch feel natural. She didn’t push—she inspired. That’s rare.

  This is my favorite store at the outlets and the main reason I visit. The quality is far better than other options out there, my clothes and shoes hold up well from lots of use. The pricing and selection are both top reasons to shop.

  Today I walked into puma and was looking for a few pairs of shoes. Brandon was able to help me find all of what I needed and help me with very good customer service will definitely be coming back.

  10/14/2023In general I hate shopping...went into the Nike store a few doors down from Puma and it was overly crowded & loud & pricey! Went to Puma where the foot traffic was modest but the prices for shoes was way better. Someone greeted us when we came in BUT was not a "bother".....that's a good thing. We got 2 pair of shoes and some slippers that feel like you're walking on clouds. $107 was spent which wasn't too bad! Especially when we spent $70 for 1 pair of shoes at the Converse store!???‍♀️ All in all we'll be back to Puma!

  Brandon was extremely helpful. He helped me get my daughters shoes down then helped my son find the best shoes told him to go down a size and even suggested some new socks. He doesn’t listen to me but when he suggested new socks for new shoes he listened!!! Great experience with all associates but he went above and beyond. Thank you for the experience!!

  PUMA outlet store. Not bad, typically decent deals to be had. Racks of closeout clothes, and a wall of clearance shoes. Lowest price is the typical markdown vs additional percent off. Friendly staff and less busy compared to other athletic stores.
