Kelley is very patient and knowledgeable and informative while working with her clients, explains issues in terms even I can understand. Has helped me in my recovery of a shoulder surgery.I would recommend her for anyone that needs help recovering from injuries. The staff is always helpful and cheerful when you enter the room. Very comfortable place to rehab while dealing with pain and discomfort.

So far the service we have received from the office staff has been great. Easy and they are polite. The PT with Kelly P has been great too. We would recommend them to use.

Kelly is very attentive and kind. All the staff is very friendly. The routines that Kelly has me doing for my shoulder, every visit it is getting better and better. Highly recommend!!

This is the best place I have ever been to for physical therapy. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. The girls here do wonders for all the pain I have. The receptionist is also super friendly. I won’t go anywhere else for PT!

It's been about 5 months since I went to NovaCare Monroe for a shoulder issue and all is great! Kelly was awesome! I had improvement after my first visit and it only got better. I highly recommend Kelly, Heidi and the crew. I would certainly return for future needs.

This place is hands down the best place for rehabilitation!!! Staff is awesome and they really care about you. You can’t ask for a better place to go! I highly recommend being in their care. Everyone is so friendly whether you are a patient or staff!!
