The staff is pretty friendly usually but the self check outs are annoying. Every time i go it complains that I did not scan everything or to put the item in the bagging area instead of directly into the cart and I have to wait for the cashier to come over if they are even available and then it doesn't like my card and I have to try it about 10 times to get it to work. I'm about done with it. Myer does not have any of these issues with their self check outs. I do not steal and it's sad that I have to spend extra time trying to check out.

Do any of the other Kroger shoppers not smell the terrible smell immediately noticeable upon entry?! It's overwhelmingly offensive. Smells like rotting...stuff. I hate this Kroger and, obviously, Kroger does, too. Zero cares given. But that labyrinthine self-checkout line is giving me life!
Caveat emptor, yo.

I would love to go my neighborhood Kroger and not be hassled by solicitors everytime I enter the store. Lately the entire entrance has been a convention center not to mention the area in front of the pharmacy.

I was passing through Monroe and stopped to pick up some groceries and charge my EV. The charging was easy and accessible. I appreciate it being close to the store. It makes me feel more safe when traveling by myself that it is not far out in the parking lot.
For the store itself, everyone was so friendly and helpful! Staff and just other people shopping. I was surprised what a pleasant experience it was while shopping. The store was updated and clean!

This review is only regarding Kroger's customer accommodations for the elderly and disabled. In the past month my husband and I have noticed that the designated "Full service " lane has not been manned, nor has it had it's light on, giving the distinct impression that this was not a check out option. This was occuring late morning to early afternoon.
I have assisted two different elderly and disabled customers find someone to
help them check out in the past month. They were very confused. Reported the incidents to manager Stephanie today. She said she would talk with the lead manager Mary and correct.
I feel this is age and elderly discrimination.

Would be 5 stars but the pharmacy being closed lunch time every day is a bummer, you'd think they could schedule lunches in a way to have full coverage but maybe they are short staffed.

I love this local Kroger. It has a good variety of produce, bakery items, and groceries. It does not have clothing and housewares at this location. It is well stocked and rarely busy. I have shopped here for 15 years.

This Kroger's grocery store is very clean and they always have great deals as well. The parking is spacious also. The associates are very friendly also. This grocery store is located off of a major highway and its means of egress has a couple of entrances into the parking lot as well.

Filthy, disgusting men's bathroom.Went to purchase a lemon or two - but Kroger no longer sells these (or limes) individually. You have to buy a netted bag of them. I don't need that many. There wasn't even a space allocated for them on any of the produce fixtures. What kind of grocery store doesn't sell individual/bulk lemons and limes?Checking out at this store is a challenge. Only two checkout lanes, the rest are self-checkout. Usually only one of the two checkout lanes is staffed. The "customer service" desk closes at 8:00 PM, but the store closes at 9:00 PM. What if I needed help between 8 and 9?There's usually no one there anyway, because they're either too busy talking to another associate or helping to bag at one of the two checkout lanes - God Forbid that someone should occasionally look to see if someone's standing at the service counter.
