I'm taking away one star for the way the head pharmacist snapped at me yesterday. I noticed the head pharmacist talking to a customer. I thought that was odd as I've never seen her do that before. When it was my turn, I talked to a tech to get my insulin. He started asking .questions I never heard before. Then he called the head pharmacist who came up to She started Asking If I have ever used insulin before told her that was an odd question And she snapped at me saying '"I,m just asking you a question!" I toldher I've used it for 25 years and she snapped again" I'm just doing my job!" They're usually really great there but something must be going on where Kroger has told them to ask all these questions and she's being pulled away from her job all day.

Recd a text msg from Kroger stating my script was in progress. I called the pharmacy to let him know I needed the script today! First they couldn’t find a script for me and I told him I knew they recvd it because I recvd a text from Kroger stating it was in progress. The pharmacist kept talking over me and was very RUDE!! His name is James! He found my script and told me one wouldn’t be ready till after 2pm tomorrow and they were counting the pills on the other one. I asked if I could pick it up in an hour and he stated he couldn’t guarantee it would be ready and said two hrs!! I said, so I can pick up in two hrs?? He stated he couldn’t guarantee it to be ready in 2 hrs!! I said you said 2 hrs now you’re saying you can’t guarantee!! I asked how long does it take to count 30 pills?? His attitude was terrible! I will take my business elsewhere! They really need to improve on their ppl skills. This isn’t the first time they have been totally out of line. I can see by their previous reviews that this is the way they treat everyone. A little compassion goes a long way in the career they have chosen!!

The head pharmacist some short girl is just flat out rude and hateful as anyone I’ve ever met she treats patients like she is better than them and she just needs to go! Everyone else there I like but can’t deal with her anymore so I’m taking my business down the road and many others have already done so because of her! SHE NEEDS TO GO!

The Monroe, OH store not what it was! No one is greeting customers at this store anymore and no one is talking when spoken to (a simple hello gets no response from most employees). Sadly enough, no one is smiling. Not sure what is happening at this store but it is not what it used to be? I have shopped at Kroger as long as I can remember and I have been loyal to the Monroe store for many years. At one time, you could walk into this store and feel like you were family. Now, you feel like a burden to the employees, especially the younger ones. They seem put-off by anyone who approaches them. Very sad! I blame poor management. I have decided to take my money to another store chain where they still smile and talk to customers. Kroger has lost their identity like many businesses and services today. What is happening?? I know this post means nothing to Kroger but I have a feeling other customers feel the same. If I was the manager I would address these anti-social issues going on in front of you. My store would still value it's customers. But of course, I'm old fashioned I guess.

Brad and his team are always very helpful and go out it their way to make sure you are confident in dosage and intervals. You don’t find the level of care often these days.

Wow, what a difference a switch can make!We just started using this pharmacy, and they've been nothing but AMAZING!Every time I've called, or visit they are helpful, kind, caring, pleasant and efficient.I am so appreciative of the staff here.

The health department needs to pay a visit to this store, for starters they leave the trash door in the back dock open all day and it fills the back dock and even the floor area by meat and seafood with putrid rotting garbage smell literally like your standing in rumpkes dump. They also have left scraps of raw shrimp sitting in the seafood display all through the night until the next morning not even cleaning the bacteria that has spread. I can only imagine the handling practices of the raw foods. Seriously need to have a company come scrub and clean that trash compactor shoot because that's unsanitary and extremely sickening.

the Monroe Kroger pharmacy took poor customer service to a new level when the pharmacist hung up on my wife's doctor trying to get her medicines straightened out. Then when my wife asked the pharmacist about it, she proceeded to call her trash and tell her to go someplace else if she didn't like it. After yelling at my wife, she left and came back to yell some more. Beware of the pharmacist Tram Tran in Monroe.

I was calling in prescriptions for a patient and the pharmacist, Brad, was as kind as ever. Ive never spoken to a pharmacy where the staff was so pleasant. Highly highly recommend. TY!

This Kroger has one of the rudest the rudest pharmacist I have ever come across. Some some of the techs are just like her. You can spot the ones that are like her by the sour looks on their faces and the attitude they have.

Amber at our Monroe Kroger is fantastic!!! She helped my husband and me to fill a prescription we were having trouble getting filled for 2 days. She went above and beyond and took the steps to help us get the medication!! And the cost was minimal thanks to the Kroger Savings plan. I highly recommend!

New hours suck and also they never seem to fill prescriptions on time. I literally had went to the doctor 3 days before going here one time and they still did not have my prescription ready and didn’t even start on it until I got there. I started going to the Kroger on 747. Much happier there

This Newtown location needs a new store manager Tim isn’t cutting it for sure !! How you have a new business with a drive up Window for convenience but it’s never open.. Rude staff they don’t wanna do their job!! If I could give 0 ⭐️ it would be more like it !!
