Made same mistake like all other of their customers. Totally unprofessional and always short on things. Delivery driver are rude and most important they never told me its going to be a 3 year agreement (just found out after i talked to them about cancelation). Dont waste your time and money.

Very responsive about billing and past delivery issues. Overall towel deliveries very good and timely.

Would. Not work for this company again if I had too! Lie to ya from the get go.. long hours when they make up reasons why it is .. very unorganized.. mgt is horrible and shop is a mess
