At first I thought that Crocs stores must sell different ones than online. But I haven’t bought Crocs in years, so now I know the mold has changed for the Classic in-store and online. If you have an older pair, it’s likely thicker and of a softer material than what is made today. FYI, the platform type seems to be cushier than the new stiff Classic. Glad I held onto a couple old pairs.

Terrible experience at the Crocs store in Monroe! I visited on Wednesday with a coupon but received no assistance, so I left empty-handed. I came back today, just 20 minutes before closing, and after trying the shoes on at the park, realized they were too big. When I asked to exchange them for a smaller size, the staff was unhelpful and rude. Instead of assisting us, they treated us like potential shoplifters. The customer service here is awful – the staff just stands around doing nothing. I won’t be coming back!

I shopped from this store for my husband and the employee said I could exchange and when I went just to change the size they didn't agree. This is not fair and I will never buy from there again.

Don’t waste your time there. Shop online, because the prices are cheaper. They don’t price match off their own website, which is absolutely ridiculous. If you advertise a price on your website store, it should be honored on store. Waste of a trip. Rude employees as well, not very friendly. One girl stayed on her phone texting instead of helping customers.

Let's start off by saying that all the workers here are young disrespectful teenagers. Not only do they stand in a little circle by the charms gossiping about their customers with no discretion or shame but they do absolutely nothing to help. It's a shame my teenage daughter is the one that noticed their gossiping sesh and pointed it out to me. It created such an uncomfortable environment to shop at so we hurried up and checked out without actually getting what we went there for. I'm clearly not the only one that has had a bad experience in this establishment. Why hasn't management done anything about it? It's disappointing to think good customer service doesn't matter anymore. Date and time of incident 6/10/25 @ 3: 17pm. Shout out to the cashier Kira. The only one actually working. I really hope this makes a difference, and really hope there is consequences to this!

Everyone was very helpful! The store was very crowded, but they all remained friendly. There were several wagons, they actually moved a display to make room. Great service!

STAFF is standing around in a group hanging out talking to each other, I asked for a price they seemed bothered and told me it was on there when I showed them it wasn't, the one lady got all rude and took me to another part of the store where there were more and was nasty and smart mouthed about the price being on them and huffed off back to her group chat. How am I supposed to know to look in another part of the store for a price not marked where they were shown and I picked one up. I wanted to buy them but couldn't bring myself to give someone like that any business.

The store was clean and well stocked. The employees were friendly. There are a lot of Croc options to suit anyone needs. They had a decent sale going on and lots of options on clearance. My kids loved all the jibbitz options as well.

Annoying it’s more expensive than online and they refuse to price match. I looked online before altering to take my son for his birthday. Of course we finally go and everything is more expensive than I planned. Ugh, how is that when this is an outlet mall? I have to choose between paying more or a sad kid… and it’s stupid how expensive the charms are. Like they cost less than .25 to make…

Good selection but more expensive than online which is strange considering it’s an outlet mall. Charms online for $7 and $20
In store. 5 staff members stood around talking as we looked around and tried to find sizes and nobody offered to help for 20 min. Very strange experience.
