Very kind and helpful staff. When we walked in, we could immediately smell that it was clean without it being overwhelmingly strong and migraine inducing. The store is very organized and laid out well, probably one of the best we've seen. Prices are competitively priced. If you need a nice outfit on the fly at a reasonable price, then this is the place to go.

I have been to this store plenty of times before, but never at the outlet. I went for the first time yesterday and had an amazing experience with Cole! I will definitely be back to the store considering how great the customer service was there.

I can always find something here, even if it's not for me. More often than not, the best deals seem to be on accessories or smaller items, like boxers, flip flops & the like. The store is generally kept in good order, at least when I prefer to visit early in the day. Staff are typically helpful & there's a decent selection, even around a holiday crunch time like mid-November - December.

Moral of the story- Don't try to get any sort of help from a manager at this store. We live 30 minutes away from the outlet, so in the past employees have been nice enough to suggest we call before we made the trip to see if anything new has been put out. When we called today our inquiry was met with sarcasm and spite from the manager that answered the phone. We wanted to know if anything new was out,and from the get-go she was nothing but rude, and acted like she had never been taught a minute of customer service training. When we politely asked for her name she questioned us, said she would not give us her name, and told us to contact corporate if we really wanted to complain. So we did! When we contacted corporate they told us it would have been helpful if we could have gotten her name or could call back and get it, but that they would try their best to report it. We have tried to call back twice now, but she has hung up before we can even ask. JCrew famously "sides with style over fashion" and and this store apparently sides with hiring employees with bad attitudes over customer service.
