The absolute rudest associates I have ever encountered. And I have tried and tried to give them another chance. I love Chicos clothes but will not ever shop at the Cincinnati premium outlet location again. And I will tell everyone I know as well/

I have given this store multiple chances to change....i literally walked in and both associate's standing by the door did not even look at me or say hello....the one lady always so rude to me not sure if its because I am a Muslim I wear a head scarf or not....but I will not shop there again!!!

Great customer service! However, the clothing quality is cheaply made. Most of the clothing comes from China. Won't support a business that supports China's workforce. I have been a Chico's customer for years so I am sorry to part ways. When the quality of clothing goes up and Chico's doesn't do business with China, I will return.
