Went in to open an account. Their 1 banker was out to lunch, and apparently couldn't get to me until 5 days from now. Tried to open an account online and they denied my application. Too busy for my business apparently.

Went to this bank to try and open an account 40 minutes before they closed and was turned down. Sat for 15 minutes waiting just for me to be told the systems “went down” and I had to leave right at 5 (literally right at 5) when they closed. Looks like I’m going elsewhere.

Even as a "Chase Private Banking Client" service from Chase is deplorable. The Monroe branch has been helpful on most occasions but service from corporate is quite unacceptable. I'd suggest banking with LCNB if in the Monroe/Lebanon area.

Went here to do some banking. The women helping me seemed annoyed i wanted her to count my money and made comments like "its not that hard to count". They have to count my deposit anyway. I dont know why she has the attitude. It was 9am. She shouldn't work here if shes gonna act like counting money's an inconvenience

Went to exchange larger bills for smaller ones as I have done this on many occasions. For whatever reason the bank teller refused to give me service and exchange my money. Terrible customer service.

My account was breached online, but Chase protected all my accounts and kept me safe. Additionally, the staff inside the Monroe branch went above and beyond to make sure the entire recovery process went smoothly. Thanks Jaden and other team members!

I have no trouble writing a long review about my experience with this terrible branch in Monroe Ohio. I went to the bank to open a checking account. Waiting for over 45 minutes while the representative struggled to finish the process. After the waiting of 45 minutes and answering her million questions she told me that I cannot open an account without a passport. My first question that I asked her was what do I need to open an account and she said just your driving license. I was not surprised, when I was told to come back the next day with the passport. Next day I went with my passport and account was set up. I deposited a fair amount of money the same day after confirming with the representative that it would be posted in two days and I would be able to send an international wire transfer in two days itself. I go to the bank after 3 days when I was unable to make my wire transfer only to learn that because my account was new I would not be able to make the wire transfer. Of course I was furious as I was told something else when I wanted to open my account. I started to argue with the representative and she said I will talk to my manager and I should come the next day. The next day, manager behaved rudely with me and kept asking me to apologize and threatened me to cancel my account if I didn't apologize. I had to wire some money urgently so I apologized to the damn lady. I don't think I would ever step in that bank. As good as the chase bank is, this experience has ruined their reputation in my eyes. I would not recommend going back to this branch.
