Nothing to complain about the store itself. Overall, quality products and good promotions. But be aware of what you are buying and always look for defects before buying anything. I went to this CK unit two times. The first one was one amazing experience. The second not so much. On last May 19th 2024, I tried to exchange a product 5 minutes after I left the store. Yes, I had removed the tag but the item was clearly defective. Not only the one I bought but there was another similar item on the shelf with the same problem. But the silver blonde girl from management that talked with me was extremely rude and snob dealing with the matter. She didn't even bother to look the other item. She was more concerned of being prejudiced with me. She said at some point: "it is not like I am calling you a liar, but I don't have a way to prove that you didn't do it yourself". Well, she was clearly calling me a liar. And if there is another item with the same problem being sold, it is kite clear I didn't do it myself. She only said that the defective item would be removed from the shelf. But she didn't exchange the one I bought. Even if it was really some kind of policy store, the way she spoke to me was outrageous. I was shocked by receiving this kind of treatment inside a design store like CK. I don't know if it was because I am not an U.S. citizen or if she was in a bad day and put it on me. But I am very disappointed and probably will never return to that same store. At least not if this girl is working there. I hope she is not a reflection of CK values because it is unbelievable they would allow someone like her to be the face of a brand and to deal with customers the way she did with me. I left the store in total disbelief that moment just happened. I was so thrilled about my purchase and after that all I felt was regret. And it is not about the defective item. To be honest, you have to pay very close attention to notice. But I am a perfectionist and if I pay for something, not matter the cost, I want it in perfect condition. Rather it is about the way I was treated there. Very very disappointed.

I visited this shop looking at the discounts.. I picked up a few Denim Jackets from the discount section mentioned as 75% but when I was at billing section they mentioned it wasn’t. Lady on the counter argued a bit stating it’s only for the clothes which are beneath the label, then asked to show from where it was picked.After that told some lame excuse and told she can’t give at discount , with all the inconvenience I thought it wasn’t worth buying and end up not buying anything there.CK clothes, accessories and stuffs are good, would be great if it’s management in store is also done appropriately

The man who was in that store today at 6:10 in the afternoon attending the checkout is in a very bad mood. It bothered him if I asked him any questions about a price he asked him and he bothered why he works there and why he comes to work So stay at home if you don't work, but don't treat people badly, that's very distasteful and even racist because I'm Latina and I speak little English, that's not good in that store, people won't want to go because of their attitude, ok
