Go elsewhere. Unprofessional, unresponsive, and not customer service oriented. They might know how to work numbers, but they don't know how to run a business or help customers. They do not reply to emails or voicemail at all the first time based on 4 separate occasions. After I pointed this out recently, I was told they were dealing with a family issue the last 2 months (Dec 20/Jan 21), however, I had the same problem in Aug 20. It took them a very long time (5 weeks) to process my relatively simple tax return outside of the tax rush season with docs sent on 7 Aug 20. I finally filed on 15 Sep 20 and got a letter from the IRS 9 Nov 20 indicating that my tax refund is being withheld for review (never had this happen before). When I asked this place to help, they told me to call the IRS (BTW, it is nearly impossible to get a hold of a human at the IRS (which they should know), so if you are waiting for the IRS to get a hold of someone at this place, you will be waiting forever). I am sure the IRS has contacted Brenda Noble & Associates to verify documentation before they release my return, but as this office never returns calls, I will be stuck for a long time. Also, I asked over the phone for an electronic copy of my returns (since they never provided one when I completed my filing, only a paper copy) and they abruptly told me it would cost $10. I had no problem paying the fee, but they said it in a way that was combative and in preparation for a battle. When I went into the office to pay, the man behind the rope pulled his mask off of his nose and mouth to step away another 3 feet to the register, and only returned it to the proper position after I stood far away refusing to come close to sign the receipt until he fixed it.

So happy we found this place! We had a terrible experience with our last tax guy ...there was a problem with our taxes getting processed and he never even called to let us know-we found out a year later when we got a letter from the IRS...so pick your tax person wisely! Stacie Haskell has done ours for the past 3 years and she is great! The office is very clean and organized and they are on top of things! Very professional and very friendly!

I don't think I've ever given out a 1 star review here. I really wanted to like them because they come highly recommended. However, I have been treated like a nuisance since I first stepped foot in the door. I am a young small business owner. I admittedly don't have a great understanding of taxes and require a lot of guidance, which is why I hire professionals to help me. Apparently this business considers that a major inconvenience and wants you in and out the door. I still haven't received my refund for this year and all requests for assistance have been ignored completely. I needed information for a background check and it took several weeks to get ahold of them for it. While in their office they have always been short and rude to me. I highly don't recommend them.
