I am not a customer of amerigas, one of their drivers turned around in my driveway and caused property damaged. I have been trying to get a resolution since February 2024 for this. I have called them so many times I have lost count. I am at a loss on what to do.

Have been waiting on a refund for 6 months now. I have been told multiple times that it would be 5 days and they just keep saying the same thing over and over. I've tried emailing the email the owner provided in other reviews but no reponse going on 6 months as well..

I was told it would be under $1,000 to install my tank the guy had to leave in the middle of it and come back later so they charged me $1,000 to separate times to install my tank it's not my fault that he had to leave in order to get some supplies he needed or to do another job or whatever he had to do. It should not have been $2,000 just to set a tank on the ground and hook a hose up to the outlet

amerigas started out great with very competitive pricing and great service....that changed around 2021 when you cant get anyone local to help you with anything, you get a 800 number and good luck getting someone who actually cares about helping you. once this local service went away the pricing just went higher and higher which yes i know commodity pricing fluctuates but when any other supplier beats your price by 10-25% without a introductory special thats pretty sad. im so glad i ditched amerigas and went back to Ferrellgas who still has local customer service if you need it. dont make the mistake i did find someone else who cares about helping their customers along with much better prices

Amerigas has always given us first class service, the lowest price, and dependable delivery for the last twenty years. I wouldn’t consider anyone else for my propane needs!
