I’ve purchased a shoe that was not available in the store, to be shipped provided by tracking number from them. Tracking number didn’t work. They didn’t fullfill this order. When I tried to contact them, they just gaslighted me. Stay away from here.

I visited the Monroe Outlet location in search of dress shoes for an upcoming work event. Keenen provided exceptional assistance, ensuring the chosen shoes perfectly complemented the outfit I recently purchased. He went above and beyond by polishing the boots I was wearing, despite not being from the store. Impressed by his helpfulness and attention to detail, I even purchased shoe polish for future use. I will definitely be returning to this store.

I walked into this Aldo store on a whim, just intending to see what was there and perhaps to return and make a purchase at a later time.
I saw a pair of winter boots that was interesting to me, and Keenen made me aware of their discounted price. He also pointed out a second pair of shoes, more formal, that could be worn to other occasions.
The second pair of shoes came at a considerable discount, and all together with the special order on the pair of boots I desired in my size, I had an excellent buying experience. Keenen was fun, humorous and guided me through the purchase without pressure. I would shop here again.

Bogus phone number. Please update phone number on the Monroe,Ohio store on GoogleCan you trust a store you can’t call? The phone number listed has been disconnected. I went to the Aldo website and found an 800 number . Guess what? No option to talk to a live person or contact my local store. I guess I will just make the drive to the nearest store and return the 2 pair of defective shoes I purchased.

It’s a rip off store they lie to you they tell you they have no manager they have no supervisor they have a very small sign in handwriting you can’t even see if they all say all sales are final I highly recommend nobody to shop in this store specially the two ladies there they are nothing but liars
