This place is just plain cool. Ive been visiting since their showroom was little more than a storage closet and still always swing by when passing. The staff are always knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The variety/assortment is wild.

Pretty lame they canceled order because my address was different when I was ordering mags for my soon to be wife. Didn't even just email it literally said we needed to call them so we had to waste this time when if they were going to cancel it anyways there was a gun I could have ordered instead. Never recommending them again as this is the second time I've has issues. First time they literally wouldn't just throw a gun I was ordering in the holster I wanted to buy too they wanted to ship it separately even though my local ffl said it was fine and there was clearly room in the case to do it. I don't need to deal with such annoying companies lots of other places to go.

Called in to be greeted by a friendly staff member named Austin who took the time to tell me the procedures they go through and how shipping is handled. Was impressed to know that after 4 min placing an order for the Harrington arms hc43 comp it was picked and started its process for shipping asap! He had to get up and look at the top of the pile as I ordered next day air! I was amazed that Aim surplus has such an amazing team! All the way around. Apparently from the phone operator to the shipping and receiving. I’ve had the run around before and these guys are straight finishers! Professionalism at its finest!

They send out emails at night or overnight that is only good for that day. When you click on a product it's always put of stock.
Your better off buying from a company that cares about its customers!
They sure love to sign you up for emails and blast you. But not time them correctly..
Must be some Dea hires.

Update, 09/30/24_ owners sent email after I sent them an email, stating my complaint!
Notice the time email was sent to me!
Not the title and first wording of the email.
It is clear the "owner" doesn't understand my issue with an email sent at 2103.
The out of stocks doesn't happen on this overpriced ammo that overpriced shipping will be added..
I understand this stuff is I stock,and probably will be in stock for some time..
Reviewing my "other" comments and telling me they don't make sense only makes sense when you run a business and can not read and understand!
Again. Buyer beware..
No worries about signing up for your emails going forward...

I went to AimSurplus to buy my first gun.
The staff was very friendly and super helpful. They helped me with the online gun background check and made the buying process smooth and pain free.
They have a nice selection of firearms to choose from, and in my experience I wasn't exposed to any upsell tactics.
I'd recommend AimSurplus to anyone looking to buy a firearm.
