He offered to give me a ride home seeing as my residence was on the same route as the dealership. Safely towed my vehicle to the dealer and called me when he was finished. “Such an amazing service. My car drove fine one minute and then all of a sudden it wouldn't start. Ankenbrandts came and picked it up and got it up and running again for me. And all for a very reasonable price. Couldn't he happier with them.”
“My husband and I were very pleased with the service we received here. Last week my husband and I noticed that our heat wasn’t working great in our minivan and started to notice it overheating a little. After further inspection, we could see puddling under the van and my husband did some mild diagnostic work to find out it was our radiator. We took the minivan in (they were able to get us in super quick!) after calling them and they gave us 2 options: do a quick inspection at their fee to ensure it was the radiator before replacing, or just replace the radiator and hope it’s that. We did the inspection and ended up replacing the radiator. Our vehicle is older and they managed to have ONE radiator left for it. They were able to get our car in to check it out by 1300, repair it and have it safely back to us by 1715. Not only were they quick but they were friendly and professional. James was very nice to work with and we will be back for sure! Thanks guys for keeping our van and our family safe and warm!”
