Brian was able to get a tech to pull my car in immediately, got it repaired very quickly, showed me the nail the found, and sent me on my way. “Brought my vehicle in around 11am. They diagnosed the problem within two hours and informed me that the dealership would be dropping off the part same day. I got the all clear around 4:00pm and was able to pick up the vehicle before they closed. Not only were they professional, but timely as well. Would definitely recommend this shop vs a bigger chain. They value their customers and do not inflate prices with high markups.”

“I have been going to auto connection for years. They are definitely my go to for exhaust and a new muffler. On this visit, I drove over on my lunch. They took a look at my muffler and replaced it in less than an hour. Very friendly service, down to earth people. Honest is what I look for and so far they have not did anything where I mistrust them. Hopefully that continues. :)”
“The service used to be great when this was tireman. Since it's become belle tire the people are still friendly, but you can't make an appointment for a damn thing. First come first served. If you have to drop off your vehicle for an oil change because it's going to take four hours, well that's just your bad luck.
UPDATE: I got a response from the manager. A lot of companies today don't give a damn about a singular customer, but he apologized and asked me to give them another chance, and covered the oil change. This dude kept a customer and kept my loyalty to this location.”
“Excellent experience today at Tiremaxx. Called to get a tire for my dually and to my surprise they could order the tire and install it in same day. To make a long story short, all 4 drive tires were shot and they needed to order 3 more. They were able to get 3 more and install them within 1.5 hours. Huge thanks to the tiremaxx team!”

“Discount tire has the best prices, warranty and decent service. There's no place in the Toledo area that even comes close. However on this last visit, they sent my car out with only four out of five lug nuts and didn't say anything to me about it. I noticed a lug nut sitting on my dash in front of my steering wheel. Turns out that the threads were a little bit messed up but repairable on one of the studs. In stead of attempting to fix it, replace it or even notify me about it, they just put the hub cap on and sent it on its way. I know they're busy but besides the liability issues, that just seems lazy.”

“Friendly, professional and affordable. Got new tires here, and was worried about getting my car back by the end of the day since I wasn't able to make it early enough for their normal drop off time. They got my tires done in about 90 mins. Prices were way better than the big name tire shops. Plenty of communication about the prices of everything and how long it would take. I'll bring my car back here next time I need something for sure!”

“The team approach and friendliness of the Monro manager helped seal the deal. I needed an oil change for my car before going on a July road trip. They got me in and serviced right on time, and delivered on time. It was very good customer service. After I arrived and was getting checked in, he told me in advance what the cost would be. I was disappointed, it is far more than I've ever paid for an oil change. If I had known about what the cost would be I would not have scheduled an appointment. Points off to the website for not showing pricing. If I go to a dealer oil changes are about a quarter of what I paid Monro. I might try Monro again but I will call in first to check prices and ask to apply coupons if any are available. I just can't get over that cost hopefully it was worth it.”
