“This is one best run businesses I've ever used. Karen and Mary are so awesome and helpful. When signing up for a unit I got a gift bag full of goodies which was so unexpected and nice!!! The unit and rest of the facility is immaculate. The location is super convenient to most of Maumee. I feel very safe when visiting by myself. The price for a 7x10 ground floor and climate controlled unit is so reasonable. Other locations I looked at were dirty and nearly double the price. I can't speak highly enough about my experience at Southside Storage so far.”

“I go there to purchase the propane never had a problem always a decent price and because I own my own tank I normally get $0.10 off more could call 7 days a week in an emergency situation but they would prefer a couple days notice several different plans to service your propane needs”

“Grounds are well kept, nice safe area to load up / unload. Prices are reasonable and this place is always available whenever I need it. Location isn't bad, so nearly anyone in the area can access their units with ease. When we were setting up initially there was a hiccup on which unit was ours, but was quickly resolved. Didn't find that to be a reason to remove a star either.”

“Probably the best Storage Locker place for the money in the 'Greater' Toledo area. I've had mine for over a few years and it's just so useful. 24/7 access and very likeable people running it. I really like the place and will oddly enough have really nostalgic memories of it once I'm gone from here, I'm sure. I'M 28 YEARS OLD AND I FEEL THIS WAY ABOUT A STORAGE LOCKER PLACE, SUE ME! No.. wait... don't do that. Anyways! Be sure not to rush in just yet because I'm thinking of getting another one. Wait until I get my third one!? Then go get it ?”

“I came home while my husband was overseas to stay with family and needed a place close to store all of our household goods. I contacted Cindy, who was VERY friendly, and offered to meet me the same day and show me the units. Paperwork was quick and painless and the movers moved our stuff into the unit. We had issues with some things being broken from the movers and they continued to mail all the paperwork to Lock-It-Up instead of my home. Cindy offered to forward all the mail and called every time something came in. VERY personable and VERY helpful. If ever I come home during a deployment or unaccompanied tour again I will definitely be using Lock-It-Up on Eber! She also owns the unit on Airport Highway across from the airport. Thanks for all your help Cindy!”
