Awesome people and great service . My truck shut down on me on the toll road I/80 I/90 didn’t know what the issue was and broke down in not a great spot when I called said it would be about an hour to 90 minutes to get a tow truck to me 20 minutes later tow truck operator was backing up to me . They were very accommodating and even dropped me at front door of hotel on the way to there Yard. Scott was awesome and very professional. Also Thanks to Devin for diagnosing my problem with fuel pressure sensor finding the parts and getting me back on the Road .

Ryan from Bubbas is the absolute best! My sister and I were broke down on the Internet, not knowing what we were gonna do all the sudden Ryan showed up behind us in a tow truck and asked us if we needed any help. He Also called a repair shop for us that got us in immediately for repair hats off to you Ryan for being so kind in taking such good care of us

I came in there today to switch the title over to them I would have to pay 100 bucks in cash? To get MY belongings out of MY car when I asked how much it would be for someone else to pick it up instead she said it would be 715 bucks for the tow truck and for it sitting there over night so I just still had to give them the 100 bucks for whatever reason in cash probably so it isn’t on taxes she never gave me a breakdown of why it cost that much so a little confused. I feel as tho they wanted that 100 bucks cash and they just wanted my car so they could make the money scraping it but who knows just a little suspicious she wouldn’t elaborate on anything she was however nice but it was the fact you’d think they would have all the paper work and everything ready and what it would cost if I didn’t scrap it with them but it wasn’t I was having to ask every question and it was all yes or no never going into detail with anything

Had the best experience with Bubbas! Ryan was our driver and he delivered outstanding service! The price for the tow was the best rate in town! Will definitely use their services again in the future and recommend them to everyone!

Words can’t express how grateful we are for the tow and help we received tonight! Bubba’s Towing showed up incredibly quickly, and their driver (who deserves huge kudos, and I wish I hadn’t been panicking so I could get his name!) worked efficiently with Ohio State Patrol and EMS to safely get my paraplegic family member, her power chair, and all of her supplies out of our WAV van and to a hotel. Thank you so much!!
On a side note, he also had a super cool tow truck, which will impress the heck out of my preschoolers back in Oregon. I know what everyone’s going to want to be now when they grow up!

They were friendly and helped me out after my last break-down. They accepted payment directly from my insurance company under my road-side assistance plan.

Family owned company. Very professional. Came out quickly to tow two vehicles out of deep mud without hitting the pole barn the were right up against.

Waiting 6 hours for AAA to help tow us. Called Bubba's instead at 10:30 PM and had someone out within 25 minutes. They were super nice and courteous.
