Honest, knowlegeable, trustworthy and all the other words that describe a business we all like dealing with!We dropped my son's CRV off at Wal-Tec 10 minutes before closing for his next day appointment. I asked Jeff if he had time to take my 2004 CRV for a ride around the block. It started shaking at 35 mph.Jeff took it for a ride, looked underneath it, and told me that it looks like he was going to work over.I asked Jeff, "Why, because of me?" Jeff said that I wouldn't make it home. I told Jeff that if it broke down I would just call a tow truck.Even though they had all the cars in the garage for the night, Jeff proceeded to back out two of the cars so he could have a rack to work on my CRV. Thirty minutes later he walked in to the office and said, "Your car is done, it won't shake anymore."I drove it home and also a couple days later to Columbus and back, and it rode like a new car.Over five years ago, a car salesman at a Portage County car lot told me if I ever needed two Christian mechanics to work on my Honda, take it to Jeff and Jeff at Wal-Tec, you won't be disappointed. I have never been disappointed and this last visit they went above and beyond!Thank you Wal-Tec, Jeff, Jeff and employees, your business has a reputation that all people like dealing with! Jeff and Jeff. You'll get one of them if you call and they love to work on Hondas! We have an older model Honda Pilot that had some quirky, random, won't start problem. The kind that leaves you hanging...Well, it wasn't an easy process, but these guys figured it out, wouldn't charge me until we were sure it had been resolved, (due to the quirky, randomness of the issue) and were just all-around great to deal with—every time! Oh, and they also did the brakes and checked the struts for us and didn't try to convince us our car was falling apart so we'd spend a ton of money. None of that here. They treat you like they really care. I believe they do!

Career mechanics, ASE certs, and solid people - no fly-by-night wrench turners in this garage. I've been taking all of my vehicles here for years and they never steer me wrong. If you want honest work and a fair price, this is where you want to go. They'll tell you what needs fixed right away and what can wait if you can't get everything done in one go... They do have loaner cars/vans if you need to leave your vehicle.

Honest guys. Two of them have been working together forever, and used to work for a Honda dealership. I've lost track how many I sent there were another shop gave a person an astronomical price and they go to waltec of which tells them none of it true. Not only that, waltec will bring you back and show you. It happened to me. Thats how I ended up there.
