"Built" in America, means assembled in America, not "Made" in America. They import cheap Chinese made parts, under pay their employees to assemble them, then jack up the price by a huge margin.

Very helpful and patient. Had a limb break on an old Horton i wanted fixed. They directed me where to get the discontinued parts and fixed and restrung my bow at a low cost. Much appreciated.

If I could leave zero stars I would. The website is horrible, live chat is nonexistent takes a day or two to get a response and no one picked up the phone for 3 straight days when I called. I bought local because I thought the customer service would be better but it’s absolutely horrendous. Ordered a bow string on Monday and it has yet to ship five days later they claim they shipped it but all they did was print a label and it has not been picked up by the carrier. Complete joke highly recommend buying a different brand of crossbow.

Horrible warranty on crossbows. Bought a $1500 crossbow that the limb cracked. They fixed it the first time and within 2 MONTHS it cracked again! Sent it back only to be told it was an operator error not covered under warranty. Save ur money folks! Shop somewhere else

Tenpoint….family owned, American made and way way overpriced and overrated and hyped! Took my Tenpoint in for a new cable, a splinter crack was discovered on a limb. My warranty was 37 days past the expiration date and Tenpoint told tough beans, purchase new limbs at full retail price or buy another bow, the crossbow was shot only 50 times or less each year over a 5 year period, Tenpoint just didn’t care. Save your $ and future aggravation by NOT BUYING A TENPOINT! Tenpoint DOESN’T live up to the hype and not worth the $900 I paid for the bow. Will NEVER purchase another Tenpoint bow or accessory ever again!

I made a purchase thru ten point website. Waited days with no response except order confirmation. So contact them told order should should ship. Then find out that there out of stock with no idea when they'll be able to ship. I'll never buy from ten point directly. Very disorganized.

Stop flaunting the "scope struts" as a breakthrough technology through your marketing. You should have brought these improvements to market quietly, as the bandaid that they are for the inherent engineering flaw that is so unbelievably apparent to anyone who ever held a rifle that it makes a mockery of your "American Made" branding...What next? Are you going to finally design a trigger box that won't fire without an arrow (as all of your competition have done) and then make it as if it's a new concept? Or are you going to continue with your current design where one single mishap puts the bow out of commission for 3 weeks while it gets beat to death in a UPS truck for repair? The frustrating part is that I brought the design flaw with the optics rail to tenpoint time and time again when it proved to be the most fragile thing in all of my hunting gear despite it being one of the most critical. Again and again they told me that it was a "proven design", referring to it as the "skeleton design" as though it were so well made that it deserved a cool sounding title within your company. Well, here we are, "scope struts" AKA, finally tying the most important part of the bow to the frame in a meaningful way...Do Americans a favor and just start lying and telling everyone that your bows are made in China. I have many dozens of American made firearms and have had nearly a dozen American vertical bows. Tenpoint falls short in engineering.

Truckers make tight turn in between the buildings and go straight down the drive. You'll be able to make a turn and back into dock. Fast unloading, nice folks

I have a nitro X with a 5 year warranty that is 3 years into it. The clutch in the crank handle failed and they will not warranty it as they no longer produce that handle. I was advised that I must purchase new myself. I expected better customer service on a bow that was nearly $2500 backed by a name with the reputation that they carry.

I started hunting with a Horton scout 150, tried another big brand and had it out one time and a limb broke, went back to Tenpoint, I can always trust the Tenpoint brand. I have always had great luck with them and their customer service is 2nd to none, plus their made in the USA ??

Would love to support American products but this company is a complete rip off and Customer Service is subpar. Your prices are extravagant and your wait time for customer service is atrocious.

Wonderful staff. Great Service. Was repaired in 1.5 hours. Round trip to get this repaired was 840 miles, my Elk hunt will take place because of this. Off to Colorado I go. Wish all well and a Blessed Life. PS. They treat you like family.

I bought a Ten Point crossbow from Cabelas last November. I live in Michigan so our archery season starts October 1st. I took my crossbow out of the case during the week before the opener and noticed a part is bent. I have no idea how it bent so not interested in see if it is warrantied or not. I just need to replace the part. I have tried numerous times to contact Ten point, email, phone calls. I have not received a response. The phone system puts you in a queue and after 30 minutes it hangs up on you. I had to call Cabela's to get resolution. Cabela's found a third party retailer that had the part in stock.I would not buy a Ten Point product again nor would I ever recommended Ten Point to anyone. This is one of the worst customer services experiences I have ever had.
